I have had the Breeze 2 for a week. The power would not shut off. It finally died but now it will not recharge. Unfortunately I will be returning the system.

I did not receive the make up in my kit, called the day I received it. Talked with a very nice person, unfortunately he began to tell me that he was going to charge me a service charge for the item that was suppose to be included in the shipment, at that point I was ready to send it all back but he supposedly checked and then told me the charge was omitted and the rest of my order would be sent.

Ordering "ok", to many pop-up ads while ordering. Entirely to many e-mails, give me a chance to use the product. Just because the product arrived, doesn't mean I can "jump" and use the product. I was suffering with a sinus infection so I haven't worn any make-up. Give me a chance, please.
