Ordering was great...easy online service. However...the shades online does not match the actual color on my skin. I'm African American...gold toned skin...wears warm shades, but the shade I received is a lot brighter than what I chose online. I called to do a color match and after entering my order number was told that my order was not eligible for a color rematch. Therefore...I'm having to use a darker shade over luminess to acquire the look I was going for.

I have ben wanting to try this foundation forever, so I broke down and tried it. I am not as satisfied as I had hoped for. I was really looking for that perfect finish and to look like a porcelain doll like the women who are on the commercials, but that didn't happen. I still feel like it looks caked on, it wasn't a smooth finish like shown on the commercials and I did it just as they show to do. Maybe I am asking for to much!

I have a hard time with my can it sputters Anna kinda splatters out. I ran warm water over it and it helped a bit. I love the color match tho. But I'm feel like I can't get it to go on smooth enough. I really have to bleed and then I feel like I've blended it off.
