I barely use foundation as I dont like the feel of it. But so far its been 2 days since I used it and I like how it feels and look on me. It feels like I'm not using foundation. I can't say much about customer service as I have not had the chance to speak to them

This was my first time using this site and makeup. I chose a color that was too light but I called customer service and they were extremely helpful. I now have the color that is flawless to my complexion. I got the airbrush spray and this goes on so smooth. It doesn't cake up and just looks so natural and it doesn't dry out my skin!

I can't believe how easy Luminess is to use. It goes on as smooth as silk and leaves no residue on the brush. Light layers allow you to wear as little or as much as you like. My skin looks visibly younger.

I don't notice anything better or worse about this product than any over the counter make up I've used. I'm trying to figure out how to cancel it so they don't charge me for the free trial but I haven't gotten an answer.
It does not cover all on my face. I have to areas that are problem area. Makeup separates. Does not do the job. Must be old skin.

When I used the setting spray it flaked like I had a coating of hairspray on my face and looked terrible. I had to wipe my face off and start over with my normal makeup. Not a fan at all. I've tried to contact customer service via chat twice and have gotten nowhere with the return.
