I emailed this company to return a product and they said because this was an offer that was a special offer. I could not return the product and would not send a return authorization number. I am going to call the company now and I have also reported this to my credit card company.

It would be nice to see Warm/Neutral/Cool in the color selections. I chose what I thought was the best color,I looked like a yellow zombie. Shade 030. It showed any flaw on my face that wasn't completely smooth (acne, post acne healing). Tried different application approaches including how I prepped my skin, same result.

So far, I liked my purchase experience. I had no problems with my delivery. My birthday is on Christmas day so I'm waiting until then to try it. I'm in a wheelchair now, it's been a little over a year & it's so hard to do things now. I'm hoping & praying Luminess helps. I'll definitely be sure to leave another review when I do. I can not WAiT to try it!

It works well. I usually have a hard time with color matches, but this one was perfect. Glad I decided to try it. It truly does give a flawless, airbrush look. Super easy to apply!

I guess just trial and error. I wanted to like the product and purchased primer and still could see every pore. I purchased additional products to make sure I finally had my perfect foundation. It just not there.

I love this new product, it's so easy to put on. It feels so light yet buildable! Match is perfect in skin shade. I prefer it over the airbrush system.
