Ordering was fairly easy. When i got the package there was a large rip on the bottom of the box. I'm not sure what was in the box but I did receive the Luminess and a few bottles. I assumed it was all there.

Honestly it wasn't as smooth as it looked on the videos the first time I applied the product. I made sure to fully allow my moisturizer to absorb the second time and made sure to prime my face, and added much less.

No where does it allow me to select frequency of auto delivery prior to placing order.

I bought the same # foundation in a different type (matte vs silk) and it was way too dark. They are sending me lighter one and didn't make me return 1st order.

For someone with rosacea and sensitive skin, I'm always nervous trying new foundations. I purchased the primer, foundation, and setting spray and I love it. It's buildable and stays on all day. Covers everything I need it to. I'm curious how long it will last though. If I can get a month out of one bottle, I'll purchase again!

Undecided not sure if it's the right foundation for me
Overall experience is not great nor awful, just meh.
It would have been kind of cool to have that 'try on' feature for the products, to determine tones or color palettes. While they are not foolproof, sometimes it can give pretty close ideas.
My package showed up over 5 days late, even with the holidays and weekends, that seems a little bit long.
The items received (3 total), two being for lips - were crumbled boxes (inside the actual boxed package), and appeared to possibly have been tried and returned, so I won't be using those. Lipstick I would, but the stain could be contaminated, and it was the worst one.
The spray makeup (not airbrush), I tested it on one side of my face, and wore my normal brand that I was considering branching out from on the other side, to see what they looked like coverage wise throughout a long day. Nothing wrong with Luminess, definitely a lighter coverage, even when layered. Unfortunately seems like a bit of it gets wasted being an aerosol can, but I understand the concept behind that.
I will be returning, it is not as amazing as I hoped it would be, so there is no reason for me to switch.

I have sent a chat the day I received my compressor system, and have not heard back yet...it's been over a week. The plastic stylists hold was broken off in the packaging. Not a great design at all. I need a replacement or upgrade at the black Friday price and a free shipping label.
