Today is my 2nd day using Luminess. I am not quite sold yet. I'm not sure if it's the wrong shade or maybe Its not the coverage I'm looking for.

It took forever to receive. The color was off and made me look orange. Also the way it laid on my face was terrible. Super sticky even after shaking it for a really long time. Getting through to customer service is a joke as well. I did the 14 day trial and I will be sending everything back. Definitely not worth it.

This is the first time I've used Luminess. It is also the first time I've used airbrush products. It took a couple uses before I felt confident in applying it. So yes, it is different but in a good way. May have to adjust the shade a little but overall I love it!

First of all, I'm 70 y/o. I was so excited to think that I was finally gonna get a foundation to cover most of my wrinkles. Didn't happen. I'm so disappointed and I've just wasted money once again believing an ad that I saw on my phone.

Ordered on 01/21/24 and as of today (02/09/24) it still hasn't shown up. I received an email last week saying it was delivered. I chatted with someone yesterday (02/08/24) and they said it had been out of stock when I ordered. No one bothered to tell me. She also said it shipped on 02/02/24 and yesterday the 8th, tracking said its in TX... I'm in NH. But I had received an email saying it had all ready been delivered... We'll see if it ever shows up. At this point if it shows up I'm planning to go ahead and send it back.

Still have not received my product all I get are excuses and lies first the product was out of stock which that's the same thing you tell everybody then it got in stock and then there was shipping delays another lie you guys tell everybody says delivery date February 6th this is now the 10th still have not received it but when I do you can get that $#*! back very dissatisfied nothing but a rip off as well as my credit card information has been changed you won't be charging my card that's for sure
