I originally ordered the wrong color. Amazing customer service sent new color immediately for no charge. I love the eyeshadows!

After seeing ads for LUMINESS I was intrigued to try it especially with the 14 day guarantee. I received my package and 2 issues I have - it does not apply anywhere near as easily as the ads make it look PLuS the color is not even close to what I would wear. It's way too orange!
I'm still waiting for a replacement foundation because the one I received was too "orangey".

My first order arrived and works with no problems.my second order, the nozzle won't spray and customer service was quick to fix the issue. Still have not received that replacement but it has not even been a week

I love the product. I only got to use it once because I had dental surgery. I had wisdom teeth cut out and a lot of bruising. I'm going to try and cover up the bruising with luminess.

I ordered only the airbrush foundation with the face makeup kit, with out all the extras. Then I had to call customer service because I found out they had charged me for the extra items they offer which I had not opted for. When I finally received my items, the extras were in the bag anyway, and the rosewater finishing spray had cracked open and leaked all over everything. So I called customer service again, told them what had happened. And they said they would send me a new set, plus I was to keep what I had already received in the mail. All free of charge. Even though it took some time to finally receive my makeup, they were professional and took care of my concerns to my satisfaction. I was pleased.
