While I love the concept and coverage, the color isn't right for my complexion. I took the quiz before ordering and ordered what it told me to order, but it is definitely not right and I look orange when I wear it.

It dries out my skin and I get patches on my face right after the first use…. It matches to an extent but not ideal especially if you have to build coverage. Additionally it don't do anything to ensure your skin looks matte as the day goes by …. It's a no for me

The color wasn't right the first package for the trial that I got but they sent me a new one and it's a lot closer but almost. I like it but thinking it's not for me. I'm gonna give it a few more days and see what I think.

Easy if you have the title details to enter in the search bar. Couldn't access it for nothing until I actually put the correct item I wanted. It kept suggesting another type of airbrush system. I just wanted something easy and convenient to order. Otherwise I like the way it's set up when you're selecting your color and it allows you to change a different color is a better fit for you.

I absolutely appreciate the customer service that I received when I called the customer service number to inquire about why they automatically charged me for a product that said "No charge, Try for FREE" and they charged my account before I even received the product. The agent I spoke with was very kind, professional, and refunded my money asap. Bonus was that I got to keep the product due to it being the type of product it is.
