It was quick and easy, I received my order, I just wanted the 14 day trial order, was sent that plus 2 other items I didn't order, I got the return address, now sending back what I didn't order, but I cancelled my subscription, I don't really use makeup but wanted to try, Love it

Primer is amazing spray, smoothes out fine lines and the foundation is accurate to the shade i requested. The brush provided is prob the key to applying amd makes skin look healthy and glowing. I love it.

Other than being just a little to light for my skin tone it was over all a great foundation, not to heavy, it felt like I didn't even have any foundation on at all. Great product just wish it matched my skin tone a little better

But when I had questions I used the chat feature and it was confusing at best.
Took forever to be understood and then to get answers to my questions.
