The first application came out fine. Then the 2nd application for the other half of my face came out SUPER dark. It looks black on my face and difficult to remove. I cannot use it.

The color is perfect. Only 2 things I'm not 100% happy about: 1. When I spray on the brush, the product makes a mess in my sink; 2. The product does not set to where it's dry. If I'm not careful, I'll have makeup on my hands, then on my clothes. My Revlon Color Stay does a much better job at not transferring the color. The color set only helps a little.

The customer service is awful, very hard to get a hold of someone. Very very very hard to cancel. Do not purchase anything from them.

The website set up, was easy to use. The shopping experience was simple and fast. I did receive the product quick and easy. As far as the product it came as pictured and sealed, I've had issues with the product/makeup not properly coming out of the machine. Its like its just sitting inside the funnel of the handheld and not dispersing when Im pushing forward the button.

I like it but I'm not really fond of the shimmering I like more natural look. But it's very smooth don't need much to apply and feels very light on skin.
