Really enjoying the product! I didn't have the correct match and I attempted speaking to someone through their "chat now" option on the web page and sent me a link to something that wasn't pertaining to my concern and then left the chat when I was asking what I needed to do if I needed a different shade... I was sent an extra product that I didn't have any interest in buying and they sent it with the " try before you buy" but again, I had no interest in the product but had it to be billed once the trial was over. I absolutely didn't like that. The customer service was very helpful and friendly and got everything squared away... just wish I could have the correct shade and some help with doing so.

Their "pre-authorized" amount equals the amount of the entire order. It wasn't just a place holder as the representative claimed because the full amount was deducted from my bank account moments after I signed up for the "try before you buy".

The make up separated and somehow looked oily and cakey at the same time. I watched videos and reapplied on 3 different days. It only got worse, not better.

Disappointed. However, I do like the moisturizing primer and the veil serum. Those are elite products. 👌

I followed all the directions, used the primer before foundation application & by the middle of the afternoon, the foundation was breaking down & my face was so shiny (& I used setting powder) that it looked like I had applied oil to my skin & I do not have oily skin. The one positive note I have, is that the foundation went on smoothly & it felt light on my skin.

After 40 yrs of doing makeup, I have finally found a buidable foundation with natural color and all day staying power. I'm hooked!

I ordered the spay can offer. I was very disappointed, when I tried to open the primer the nozzle was fused to the cap! Had to CUT it out. Then didn't go back together wouldn't spray. And the makeup drug across my face in streaks sunk into every rinkle. Ugh. Terrible!

I've had a hard time trying to reach out about my order as the package didn't have all the information needed to return product or send back for the correct shade.

The products were received and I will be testing them out shortly

The initial charge is NOT the trial price, but the trial price AND full charge of product. The charge falls off eventually, but for awareness, know you will be charged both. My experience was not the same as those in the video. I'll more than likely be returning the product (if i feel like dealing with the hassle of returning it) as I'm not impressed.

Not sure this is a good prod uct for Africam American women. Color is OFF!

Works great. I'm not a fan of makeup really, so I'm very picky. Most are cakey or the color is far off.
This product is perfect, especially for someone like me who very rarely uses makeup. Goes on so easy, blends perfectly, no caking, does not sit in the lines of the face. The color matches me perfectly, not too light and not too dark, it looks natural.

Once receiving the correct color, this foundation & concealer are a perfect match for me!
