I like that everything is upfront and nothing seems sneaky. Too many scams out there. With that said, I have had great experiences with personnel when I reach them on the phone. They are friendly, helpful, and super nice.
Now the bad news. The first foundation I received was a terrible color match. I called and was personally color matched by Luminess. They were replacing my color with an in between color. I was told it would arrive 5 days later. Holiday weekend made it a little longer than usual. That was 4 weeks ago and I haven't heard any updates.
My pacific time work schedule makes it difficult for me to call their central time business hours.
When I sprayed onto the brush - makeup went everywhere - hard time cleaning it up. Tired it for 4 days - not for me
Too yellow and the consistency is a little pasty. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to return my items.
I am very happy with the results! Thankfully, I chose the right color. It spreads on my skin with a kubochi brush. I don't even use finishing powder!

Delivery was quick and the product was packaged well. I had higher hopes for this foundation and wish it was more full coverage. It's nice and light but I just didn't find that it covered my skin well at all.

First of all, the product took forever to get here and the color was very off. I used the guide that was shown to gauge the color closet to me and it's still was off. I got the starter kit and have no idea that everything is sprays. The primer is a spray,even the make up remover. I placed everything in the trash…expensive lesson learned.

The luminous feels good on your face, but for me it wont-work. My skin is a little dry and it still leaves me with makeup embedded in my fine lines. I'm sure this product would be good for someone else. I'm glad I tried it.

Easy fast convenient but product just wasn't for me it felt sticky and did not cover wrinkles or dark spots it was thick feeling and just just was not what I wanted!

I have tried this foundation for about a week. I fail to get a smooth, even application. This goes on spotty, uneven and ends up very cakey. I'm sure it's more my older skin but, was hoping this would be my "IT" foundation. Customer service was excellent and I do love the face palette that came with this kit. Thank you for letting me try this product.
Easy and quick. No long routines. It light wait and has full coverage. Comes off easy too.
I like the color but wished I would've gone one shade darker. I'm afraid that the can that they sent me is a little clogged. I've tried to rinse it under the drain as well. It's not a very big can, but I just got it last week and I feel like it's going to go soon. Maybe just a bad batch.
