I just received my products and so far, they seem fantastic. I used them this morning. I was extremely disappointed with the shipping however. I placed my order Nov 6. It took 4 days to receive confirmation that it was shipped. It said I would receive the items in January! I called because everything I read said that it would ship in 1-2 days and arrive in about 1 week. I called customer service and it was supposed to be escalated and no one responded. Then I received delivery notification for December. Then last week, it said Nov 23. Fortunately, it FINALLY arrived last night (11/20). I hope my trial period did not start last week.

Finally received my order on December 5th. I was told I had 14 days to try before I buy. Today is December 13th - 8 days after receipt of the order and I was charged the $63.33 AGAIN plus an ADDITIONAL $88.81. What the heck? Please remove these charges ASAP. I will be sending the UNOPENED package back tomorrow as I haven't even tried it yet because I was assured I had 14 days. Outrageous. I don't even have any idea what the $88.81 is for.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY.
