I often am looking for things that I have been told about that I don't have the full name or even the absolutely correct spelling. The search feature is robust enough that I can find things easily. I do like that a lot. Also, the prices here are better than Amazon.

Having worked in a natural foods store, I know the cost of these products. Most are great buys but the customer service leaves room for improvement. The people you communicate with over the phone & internet are helpful promise you excellent results.
The follow through is virtually non-existent every time I contact them. Even A $5 discount I earned took 3 calls, a text message & a bad review to finally get my reward.

I have ordered from LV several times. They have the best prices I've found around on the products I love. You don't have to choose auto ship, but can save money on the products you use often if you wish to. Either way, their prices are still the best. I have had to contact customer service due to liquid products being damaged in shipping and they were very responsive, friendly and helpful.

I need probiotics or i get very sick. They are quite expensive however to purchase at local grocers or heath food/supplement stores. I found what i needed in double the quantity at luckyvitamin! Could not be more thankful and relieved! Thanks lucky vitamin!
