Lucky Vitamin does NOT show the expiration date of their items on their website?! This to me seems a no brainer. The customer needs to know the expiration date of the item to know how many s/he can purchase. When I asked about this, they told me that the customer can call or chat to get the expiration date! Well, why not just make it available for the customer to see on the website?! Also, I was disappointed that the expiration date of the item I wanted to buy was only just over a year in the future. I had hoped to buy 2 years worth of it (as I've done frequently on other sites).
I love shopping with Lucky Vitamin as they always have everything I need at prices far lower than my local natural food shop and Ebay!

Amazing cream, since I started using it I've received so many compliments on my skin! I work outside at a Nursery (plants), and the sun beats on my body, especially my face. The only problem I have is the jar is way too small! Please make a larger size of the Lucky Vitamin collagen, I beg you!

I love Lucky Vitamins online shopping because I know I am getting quality at prices you cannot find elsewhere. I trust their customer service teams and know I will get answers to my most frequent questions. Shipping is tops in my opinion. You can count on products being delivered in a timely fashion. Products are protected during shipment and I personally have never had issue with any of my shipments from Lucky Vitamin.

Good overall experience for me! Prices are good and finally, i could find an US online retailer that doesn't charge me an arm and a leg for shipping thanks to DHL ecommerce. Other retailers should follow the example as there are so many US products we could buy from Europe where i live if the shipping prices were reasonable, its a win-win situation.

I order temperature sensitive products and Lucky is the only place I've found that ships with a cool pack. The unfortunate issue is their shipping takes MUCH longer than advertised and they sometimes forget to pack the cool pack. This causes a return shipment and increases the wait time for replacements by a 2 week minimum, not to mention extra shipping costs for expedited delivery. If I could find other suppliers (online or locally) who carry the specific products and whom ships with a cool pack then I would not purchase from Lucky. I give their product offering 5 stars and their Customer Care Team 4 1/2 stars; their packing, shipping, and website shipping disclosures a 1 star.
ORDERED SOMETHING, NEEDED TO CANCEL LESS THAN 10 HOURS LATER. REFUSED TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THE ORDER STATUS WASNT EVEN PROCESSED YET NOR POSTED TO SHIP TILL MONDAY. SPOKE TO LORANN, THE LADY WAS RUDE AS ALL CAN BE. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. EVER!
