LV did a great job with my first order, I really like the procedure they used to avoid fraud. The customer service/Sales agents are very kind and always willing to find the best deal for you. Besides that the items arrived very quick using the free shipping LV provides, items were packed and arrived just as I wanted them. I even got a 10% discount for my next order. Solid website, would have preferred actual picture of label for ingredients because some were not listed in product summary, and we Keto people are extremely particular about ingredients. They said shipping was slow and they were correct, but it got here.

Two issues. (1) I have purchased this product for autoship beginning 02/16/19. The product is great. However, at my last medical appointment my lab report showed I had too much calcium in my system. To prevent too much calcium, I reduced my daily intake by half. Accordingly, I reduced the number of bottles from three to two in each autoship shipment sometime in the past few months. I was running out of calcium, and went into your website to see when the next shipment was due only to find to my extreme surprise that the autoship no longer was shown in my account. There had been no notice of cancellation. As such, I had to place a new order with expedited shipment to receive my order before my calcium ran out. This leads me to Issue (2): I paid for expedited shipment, however, the shipment still took one week to be delivered! I'm not a happy customer!
I was looking around for american ginseng in mini drink ampules and I found it here at a good price.
TOTAL SCAM!
I placed an order from the US to Sweden on July 17,2020. I still haven't received my package (on September 13,2020).
I've continuously contacted the company to ask about the whereabouts of my package. I was originally sent a generic tracking number that just takes me to their website saying my package is "On it's way" with no carrier information or actual tracking number.
The last reply I received told me that "the package has been awaiting pick up since Aug 3rd. Please get in touch with Final Mile Carrier to sort this out."
I have no carrier info. I have no tracking number. I have received no mailing slips. Nothing. If the package has been waiting since August 3 to be picked up, where is it? And how am I supposed to "sort it out" on my own without being given any information about the shipment or the carrier?
Absolute scam!
It's easy to navigate the site and find what I'm looking for, and there are great features like enrolling in an auto shipment so those vitamins you always forget to re-order when the month supply is low... that won't happen anymore! Also, I like that there's such an array of brands, and lots of good deals.
Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Customer service wrote that I would get money refunded, that was July 1st.
Have not gotten the money yet, everytime I try to contact them by chat, customer service ends the chat.
Not recommended at all :(

I ordered a probiotic as well as a cooling pack to keep it cool and preserve it during shipping.
I was deeply disappointed when it arrived hot and the cooling pack was in the box unwrapped around the bottle and not cooled as expected
I received notification when my favorite product was on sale and was able to get free shipping to Canada!
I have placed numerous orders with this business and have never been disappointed. The website is easily navigable. The products are always fresh, high quality and lowest priced. Delivery is fast and orders are accurate. I highly recommend Lucky Vitamin for all your vitamin and supplement needs.
They had some hard to find vitamins and supplements. They even had kidney support for my dog who is in renal failure. Best price on line.
