I have research the web a lot looking for one company to have all the products I wanted. I didn't want to ordered from several mainly because I travel and many times have my shipments go to the destination I am traveling to... I am an avid amazon shopper. And the price for my probiotic is compareable, however, LuckyVitamin ships with ice packs, Amazon does not. Shipping with ice guarantees my probiotic is at it's best when I get it. The thought and consideration to do that speaks volumes to me.

Found the protein powder I use on sale plus was able to use a new customer discount. Great price. Free shipping. What's not to like?

So the prices are good but every time I place an order at least 1 of my items is on back order. This has happened to me continuously over the past year, and I order the same supplements repeatedly. Not sure what the issue is but I wish it would get cleared up. Also the shipping is very slow.
