Sent me wrong items in my order. Printed out the return label, returned items following day. Only way to converse with them is through chat. Thank goodness I had the transcript from chat where Lucky Vitamin claimed to have refunded my original payment which they never did. Had to open a dispute to get my refund. I will never do business with this spineless company again!

I have been a customer for years and love to order from them however for over a year they have had a terrible back order issue. The bad thing is there is no way online to cancel a back order. You must call customer service to cancel a back order and good luck getting through to them. They will leave it on back order and most of the time they will finally cancel it themselves.

Pros: Good products available at a reasonable price and international shipping works for me.
Cons: standard repply on e-mails- takes a bit of time before someone reads it and gives a suitable answer/ it' no possible to cancel an order: I'm having trouble on refunding (order from first week of July returned to them from customs, it's november, they've received back and I was not reimbursed yet)

Great selction of natural beauty products and household cleaning products too... will be back again.

The prices of their products are better than other sites and stores. And the quality of their products is excellent.

I should read reviews before buy with this company. They are SCAMMERS. After a month they send me wrong products and then charged me twice more because I had the option of resend me every month my creams. But... Oh my Lord! They can not explain to me why they charged twice again and do not want to refund my money.

In store some of the items I buy are double the price I pay through Lucky Vitamin and they also have the lowest prices online that I have been able to find. The service is great, my orders are filled promptly and shipped quickly. I know even if I forget to order I will have my replacements very quickly.

Love to receive it directly at my home especially in these times. I can find anything I want without going to the pharmacy or stores and see if and when they will have my supplements, beauty and health items available.
