I stopped by this store two nights ago and there is a beautiful young woman who works there she the one always working harder than then anyone. Anytime I see her she always has the biggest smile on her face. She brightens my late night early morning. It doesn't matter what I need she always drops what she's doing just to help me. She hasn't worked there for very long maybe a few months. She's the reason why I go to that particular loves you'll know who I'm talking about once you see her you can't miss her smile. There's a new guy who works there. He doesn't seem very knowledgeable he made me uncomfortable by talking about the most random things. He seems very intense doesn't seem fit for customer service. Poor guy had a smell to him it upset my stomach I don't judge people because I'm a kind soul I'm just trying to help but I think if you work at a place where you're in front of people dealing with people all day I think you should be made to shower wear cologne/perfume or body spray. Moving forward I give this loves before because of her customer service

I traveled from my home state of California by truck drove an stopped at New Mexico, texas, arkansas
Mississippi, tenn, alabama an beautiful oklahoma,but every Love gas station was terrible, I got food poisoning twice eating there pizza an fried chicken,the women's restrooms are worse than portal potties,,never ever will I stop at a other 1,,an the employees all look miserable, maybe this multi billion gas stations belonging to the Love family are under paying them.choose a better gas station coming from Cherokee blood native and proud of it

Not a dog friendly place. Not a friendly at all Employies will pet the stray cats and not walsh hands. Before handling you food and products. And will do this all day and wont wash hands
For a whole shift. Employies are rude and dont care. Managent will tell you to leave if you dont like it. They say that they take care of the cats. But no shots they just feed them by the dog park where it states animals need shots and on lease. And honstly it not a good place to feed stray Cats. Feed them eles were, walsh your hands please. It is a issue. If they truly care Take Them home And Take Care Of Them Right. Get them shots give them a loving home.Then they will refer to them as wild life( LOL) a demeskated cat is not wile life and even if they would like to go that route that is even worse. As well You have diesses that can and will be spread to there custmores due unsanatiory conditions,.They do not like Truckers here. They dont like any one here but the community I was told, as well I was told this Loves belongs to the comunity and it been here for 20 years. That they did not need my business. That I am not inportant. Kaus (my dog) and I were treated badly and Kaus did not matter and nither did I. Regardless of his health condition. Please move to the next loves find better safe haven are you could reget ever being there. Safe Trucking and Traveling to all.God bless

Absolutely discussing, boogers on the wall, all the trash was swept behind the door. This didn't seem like a 1 x thing it was a mound of hair. Around the toilet was filthy. This place hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Don't get me started on how I was promised the moon and the stars to open a fleet account. Open the account It's "NOTHING" LIKE I WAS PROMISED!
I've called corporate so many times It's not even funny. We tried to use lane pass to have the tires check, lmao! The guy told me that " They don't check dually tires because the can't check the inside tire. WTH!
IT'S A TRUCK STOP, SEMI TRUCKS HAVE HOW MANY TIRES ON EACH AXEL?
I wish I had gotten the guys name, he flat out refused us service.

I work for a call center that contacts this company and they keep us waiting on hold for several minutes. I honestly would like my company to get rid of them. As a customer service rep, I have to show courtesy and professionalism to our customers. They do not care and think we need them to help assist with fixing units. If I can I bypass them as a service provider and get a mom and pop company. That's where the real service is.

Open to the cold and after 10 minutes filling out all the on-line forms it refused my Visa Card. The same card was used minutes later for a fill-up, No Problem. Spend the night parked in front of the Truck Stop with gas furnace running. They have to move potential customers into the store for Registration - not outside.

I bought a power supply $179 2 days quit working took a back one to trade it for another one they had no more in stock they refuse to give my money back I'll deal with the general manager with was very hateful call corporate office didn't get nowhere still not got it resolved don't guess I will I guess they needed the money worse than I did I wouldn't buy anything from these people

I stopped briefly for the very first time at a Love's near Savannah, GA just to get a drink. The hostile cashier refused to pick up my money from the counter and simply glared at me. I will NEVER buy a single thing again from a company that employs lazy hostile cashiers of this type.

WOW! Traveling from TX to NC and Love's is authorizing $175 on my credit card each time I get gas - between $40 - 60 is the actual purchase. This has happened 3 times so far in the last 24 hours. Available credit on hold for approximately 10 days. WHY would they authorize for so much? If someone did not have a high credit limit or other cards, or was using a debit card, could cause some real problems.

These people are Dishonest!
They will sell you some slow out dated mickey mouse BS GPS that are so slow you get lost five times while directions are loading, the whole time feeding you a bag of crap to make you think they have the best customer service, but litterally within 2 weeks of purchase you try to return the Item(that isn't worth burning) you now have an idiot telling you the complete opposite of what was said just 2 was before. And because you don't have every PC of paper the bs was wrapped in you are now the sad owner of some bull$#*! you couldnt sell at a yard sale for 90% off without feeling bad!
And they just don't know what to tell you! And so you know I'm PROUD to leave this review

I was full of excitement while I was on a long road trip with my friends family on the way to Orlando. I had only junk food that day so I wanted something healthy. We stopped at loves and I bought watermelon. Next thing you know I wake up at 1 am and my stomach is killing me. For the next 4 insanely long days, I'm schlepping all over universal in agonizing pain. I was throwing up everywhere, my stomach never stopped hurting, and I couldn't eat for 4 days. Loves does not love you.

I was hired as a Service Advisor and would not put up with the work environment for more that 3 weeks. Manager was a racist (towards employees and workers) and upper management would not do anything about it. There had been racial discrimination complaints prior to my hire date. There are a ton of safety issues, and no training structure at all. Morale is beyond detrimental and co-workers are always in a bad mood. Job pay and benefits are great. Only reason why most people stay. Management chooses to turn a blind eye as long as job gets done. Lasted longer than expected... pay does not compensate for my mental and emotional well being.

I have never come across a more personal and professional company. I wish I could clone Duane and David at store #246 and stick them in every customer service position in the country. They truly care about people and have a true sense of pride in their work. They exceeded our expectations!

Honestly Loves isnt a bad place to work but the ones they have as district managers is why the company is always losing their good help cause they get treated like dirt but bust their butts for the company unlike alot of other employees that do nothin but hide in the back doing nothin but they are pretty much worshiped by the boss and dm when they dont do anything but take the credit of somebody elses work!.

I made a stop at Love's 0397 Blacksburg, SC Truckcare exit 104 off I-85 to fix my trailer brakes. They told me I need to change my drums first because they were bad too. They unfortunately didn't have all 4 drums in stock to put in the trailer, so, they advised to go to the exit, to the Flying-J, which is exit 102 to get it fixed, but on the way Flying-J one of their mechanics already flagged a police car, telling lies on me such as I did not want to wait to fix my trailer. However, they the one didn't have all the parts in stock and sent me to the Flying-J. The police pulled me over, did a hard inspection to my truck, shut me down half a mile from the flying-J. And I have to tow my truck. They have police connection over there telling lies on drivers' vehicles.

On a run in our semi from California back home to Illinois we stopped for a small break and when we returned to our truck it wouldn't start. Adolph Martinez, an employee in the Truck Center diagnosed the problem with our starter and got us running again, plus noticed a air leak in our brake line and repaired it as well. He was wonderful, so helpful, and we appreciated the personal attention he gave us in getting us back on the road. We would give him 10 stars if that was possible! These places aren't any dirtier than other truck stops nor any different in amenities offered. But the biggest difference is that their gas cost is between 5 and 20 cents a gallon higher than all competing truck stops like Pilot, who has actually the best prices. I drive between the southwest up to Michigan twice a year, and every time Love's gas is more expensive, and last time I filled up there, my car didn't take off like a Ferrari or anything as a result of the fuel quality.
