This center does not have a dumping facility even if you rent an overnight spot. It should be stated in the reservation guide, but it is not mentioned at all...

This used to be a good place to get some rest overnight it was safe secure and clean. Now it is a one hour stop even for RVs. I won't be spending anymore of my money or time here. This location is the one off 210 in KCMO.

Love truck stops on Kansas Turnpike chip reader for credit card will decline Credit Card. Inside clerk said they do not work correctly you have to come in and pay first and put a certain amount of money down with your credit card...I want to fill up my tank! Not just put some gas in my tank!

One year ago it was bad enough to be charged $16 to shower but we shower here 2-3thmes a week never a break. They just tried charging me $36. The water, maintenance and linden cost can't be over$8. No military discount, no seinors.you only get breaks if you buy thousands of gallons of diesel. Travel center my $#*!.i hope the CEO of this company sleeps well at night cause I surely wouldn't. What is wrong with your moral compass.

Loves in Hardin Montana has huge potholes exiting and entering the big rig area. Bottomed out motorhome exiting and cracked front cap. Spoke with the manager at Love's and he informed me that they know they have an issue and have repaired the potholes previously. He filed an incident with Love's Risk Management. Risk Management has delayed this now for over two months and now claim that it's the city's property not theirs, so they have no responsibility. This is a short dead end road that Love's had built to service their fleet area. The asphalt that has deteriorated is the patch that Love's paid for and had repaired. This is not an acceptable manner to handle road surface issues at a Love's.

This establishment should be embarrassed for the foul behavior the manager Chris encourages in his employees. After having the police called on me for simply asking him to double check the back for my phone, I was given a trespassing notice, only to find out later that my husband who works for this company has been getting paid to sleep with his coworker behind my back. I call to find out how the employees have so much time for this at such a busy place and I'm told to basically go f*** myself because this is absolutely untrue. My husband would obviously not make up an affair out of thin air so I truly believe that he is aware his employees are doing this and does everything he can to cover it up for them. Hence calling the cops when I adamantly stressed to him I know I dropped a phone off for my husband of course and he calls me in regardless without checking the cameras. I didn't deserve to be kicked out and if Loves Travel Stops encourages husbands to cheat on their wives then I'm always going to choose the Flying J, where I know I can trust good wholesome people are around my family.

As a Human Trafficking, Stalking Victim, I dread stopping at Loves Stations across the US because they don't have wifi. Most of them are not closely situated to other services that provide alternate wifi possibilities. Kidnapping, trafficking & the homeless who may also be victims are not able to get comms at Loves Stations unless they have debit or credit cards with $ on them already. This is rare. The majority of these gas stations also have their employees shun anyone who looks homeless. There are kidnapping/trafficking victims who are going to look homeless, they are homeless. Every place we make it to and every minute we have to link up to the world matters. If you're going to discriminate against those in poverty to go so far as to limit our access not only to the Web but also to physical people who might be able to help
It's difficult for me to believe that a truck stop who's been around since I was a little girl, nearly forty years ago

It more so seems like you might actually be assisting those traffickers
If they all know that by stopping at Loves Stations all across the US, their victims will never have access to communications, they can keep that victim with them indefinitely
Doing whatever you can just to reject and repel those people you deem "poor" doesn't make you look any better to me
My words probably don't mean anything to a Gas Station Chain, but they should
If I had been a teenager or someone less aware in this situation, I'd still be stuck at your gas stations and I'd probably be pretty scared

And while you drive away the homeless and those who really need help, your employees and others use your gas stations at nite for Prostitution and Gambling
They use the bathrooms and the shower rooms
Both men and women
So you kinda make it obvious in other ways that you're involved in Human Trafficking and you love it when I can't use your store for any life-saving communications, life-saving anything

A girl with an identity crisis at loves in Yemassee,SC. Has a very rude and nasty attitude. Who did she know to get hired cause she should be fired. She is rude, disgusting, and ignorant. The word will be spreàd to other truckers. There's always a pilot or a T/A somewhere around.

Not exactly sure when you switch to the new coffee cutlets, but I. 'Ve spilt more coffee than my entire diving career. Because your cheapness don't tell me. Those lids aren't available because other places like sap brothers and road rangers still have them. Also, you've changed your phone system. You couldn't get ahold of a live person. Even if you were bleeding to death in the parking lot at customer service, you completely suck. I'm an owner-operator I'm going to take all of my purchases elsewhere. You've lost the customer because you're greed. Again you suck and I want nothing to do with you!

I called into Loves Truck Stop today and asked how much off road diesel is and Crystal Ginnetto answered I don't know I'm to busy to look and hung up. She is extremely rude and is suppose to be a trainer. Very unprofessional!

On the 17 of February 2024 between 9:07 pm and 9:46 pm, while using the love's shower in their facility located at 20 South 1550 west st, Brigham City, UT ******* ( store 686) my privacy was invaded by members of the staff. TWICE while I was in the shower, attempts were made to enter my stall. Although I have locked the stall and ensured that the lock was working before I began my shower, the stall was opened and an indivldual proceeded to make their way in to the shower that I was obviously using. I found this incident to be quite disturbing and upsetting. Why will someone try to inter a stall that was obviously in use? I would like to mention that the privacy latch on the door of the stall i was using is broken an this made it easier for what occurred to have happened. After paying $18 for a shower the least that love's can do for their customers is to ensure that proper safety mechanisms are in place to ensure the privacy of the customer. It is beyond atrocious for a member of the staff to barge into someone while they are using the shower. I'm extremely upset and disappointed about what took place and hope that management will address this issue so there will be no reoccurrence. I will walk with pepper spray next time and spray anyone who try this again.

Love's outside pumps appear not to charge your card. You must go in to pay. Then both charges appear on your credit card and Love's does nothing to remedy. Multiple phone calls and hold time with no results. Had to file chargeback with credit card company. Beware!

I have been a employee for over two years. There has been lot of faithtissm there. And today Josh decided to let me go on her say. When I walked into work Kel start on me as if he was trying to upset me so he can seen me home. That's what he said infront of customers. Then he keep on messing with me. The other worker did not understand why he was bothering me. I fill like it was discrimination against me. They took his word over mind. Had no proof, just let me go. That what they do to all of the people they have fired

Why is there every time I go in there there's no gas pumper and I have to pump it myself I thought it was a law in New Jersey that you don't pump your own gas

10 cent discount barcode didn't work, no help from staff. RV dump has no running water to rinse out lines. Burbank OH

Shower had toe nails under the bench, hair on the floor, toilet wasn't clean. Ticket on the floor says
11:55 pm I used the shower at 7:30 am it was still there not picked up. And to think we paying to use a clean restroom.

I had brakes done costing me 2k than less than 800 miles later I'm rubbing metal to metal. Stopped for a 3rd time spent another 2k cause I was told it can be because of things like airleak,abs, or slack adjusters got that done and here I am 300 and something miles down the road and over heated so bad I blew a brand new tire oil slinging everywhere from hub and out of money due to constant breakdowns from the same issues they told me was fixed. I really don't mind them doing a pm but also found out they haven't been putting lube in all the fittings and faithfully I'm there because I have an account. I will rethink my options before going back to get anymore work done.
