I will be going on a LoveMe romance tour in 2 weeks. I provided A foreign affair my list with 20 woman in Kiev and Poltava which I would like to meet. I also called LoveMe to ask then how many of the 20 woman on my list they think would actually come to the social. Their reply was that all 20 could come or 0 could come.
Does anybody here have any experience with this? How many woman of the list you gave to AFA actually showed up at the social. I would be very interested to know this.

Update: The tour was very nice, although I think a lot of woman were there mainly for the free drinks, champagne and possible nice 1 on 1 dinners and shopping with the date. But then again, what woman doesn't wants these things from their man?
From the 20 woman I invited for the social, none of them appeared.

Update 2: On the AFA tour, I found 2 woman in total. Both are very beautiful and both are 100% interested in me. They both have visited me in my country. Within a few months, one of them might very well be living with me. After I make up my mind which girl to choose and after we get over all the Visa procedures for the permanent stay.

Update 3:1 girl is now living with me. All my friends are jealous that I got such a young good looking girlfriend. She might need a bit more attention then local girls, but she is worth it.

My input and experience regarding AFA Romance Tours, …GO! Just GO! Do not write ANY letters unless you have a seat on a plane! No substitute for being there, no real need to waist any money writing anyone… the key factor is; You Must Be There Physically! Arrive with a list of possibilities or sort through the profiles when you get there…but you have to get there!

When you have Plane Tickets. Then if you are really compelled to do so, only write to a few women. Starting a letter with "I am coming to (Her city) on (Date)…I find your profile interesting maybe we could get to know each other a little before I arrive? That format will get a response, if she is genuinely interested… no lady that is serious about a relationship wants a pen-pal or e-mail buddy…THEY WANT TO SEE YOU, Touch You, Look into Your Eye's and know you are real! Isn't that what us GUYS WANT TOO? No letter can do what one actual meeting can accomplish.

I know because I wrote two women before I arrived on my tour. One of those women is now my Fiancée…we were engaged after our first meeting! Sometimes you write expecting her to be the one, and she is not. No Chemistry, nice lady but not your future. In my case the chemistry was WOW! The in person meeting could not have been a better meeting; it by far exceeded both her and my wildest expectations!

Both women (yes only two) that I corresponded with were over forty which was in my desired age group…what your preferred criteria may be is your criteria, you may eliminate the perfect woman for too strict of a requirement list …but stick to it and focus! Not easy to focus with over a hundred pretty ladies, and girls, with bright expectant brown eyes, and long black hair, all trying to get your attention! The socials are a whirlwind of fun games, laughter, talking and meeting with every lady! It is a lot to take in…keep notes and stay …focused! Your may actually find the woman of your dreams…I did.

One final note. Do not sell yourself or her short! Deciding on your future partner in life for the rest of your life is not an offhand decision. It takes time and turmoil of emotions for both of you. Get to know the woman, and let her know the man. Take as much time to do that as you possibly can…stay for the two week tour (or longer is possible) a week or ten days fly's by entirely too fast.

As you can see, my experience was wonderful and I am thankful.

I just wanted to say I was on one of the recent tours………Went to 3 socials. There was a good mix of ladies of all ages. I had no problem getting dates and just wish the trip was longer. I met 4-5 wonder girls and plan on returning on my own again to follow up where I left off. I felt safe in Ukraine, despite what the media reports. The dollar goes far with their decline in their currency, so dating costs even less now. In my experience, the AFA staff over there made sure I had something to do each day, and had recommendations on where to go, eat, etc. Nothing comes close to women of this caliber in the USA. I find that women in their late 20s, early 30s are a good match for me. I'm in my early 40s.

I joined A Foreign Affair some time ago and, overall, I have been pleased with my experience.

At one point I did have some issues with some letters that I sent, however they were quickly resolved. I love the fact that they have a phone number on their website that they actually answer it. I've always been able to call and get someone to quickly address my questions and concerns.

I went on a tour with A Foreign Affair several months ago and it was honestly an incredible time and much more than I expected. I met the women I wanted to and many more. I met a couple of women that I am very interested in and have planned a return trip. Overall it has been a great experience.

Over time I have become very comfortable and pleased A Foreign Affair. If I have any problems all I have to do is call (very important to me instead of sending email and waiting days for reply, if any).

The proof is in the pudding. And I have been very impressed with their accessibility and transparency.

Amazing experience, best of my life! I just returned from the April tour to Eastern Ukraine and I have to say that it was the best experience of my life. I know that AFA has been around for about 20 years, and they have been featured on a ton of shows and what not, but I was still skeptical until I went. They delivered everything they said they would and more. The staff, including Anna and Joe (who is also a Police officer when he is not leading the tours) were great and took care of all of our needs and made sure we were safe, especially given the current situation there. The women at the socials were amazing, better than I expected and much more then I expected. There were well over 150 women to about 15 guys or so! The women were wonderful and I really think they are looking for the right person. I am getting ready to go back already, will update on my second trip. All I can say is that if you go it will probably be one of the best experiences you will ever have.

I have used this ite in the past and know its owner. It is genuine. Though finding a Russian/Ukrainian bride who is right for you is no easy task. She may look good - but you will have little in common as the culture is so different. Also - if you are stupid enough to go for someone really hot - she will almost certainly leave you once she has all her settlement papers. I know guys who brought back hot babes to the UK - married them - within 2 years both girls had found the western partner of their choice and they guys were left high and dry.

I honestly had to jump in and make my contribution to this review about this site that is also called a foreign affair. I was another site and was talking to a lady named Elena five feet five inches who says she is a teacher on the site I was on but then I came across the same girl who was on the same site and now was five feet seven inches and now her profile their says she is an administrator. It means then that the site is buying profiles from other sites then changing the contents on the profiles-which is so wrong because you could be writing to the translator writing you back than the actual lady herself and waste your time and your money!

Also don't trust that "engaged/married" list they have on the site because if you do a search of the site you will see more deleted profiles than these "engaged/married" ones.

They are put there by the administration to make one think that there are ladies who have gotten "hooked up" so as to give one the impression and fool people into thinking that the site is extremely popular. Plus some of these profiles have been there for years under this category when the lady herself may not have actually "hooked up" or may have even gotten a divorce or there was a cancelling in the engagement. All these factors can come into play!

Also don't trust their antiscam policy where they blacklist certain people-It's just for "show and tell." There have probably been more scammers on the site than the owner is willing to admit! Also as well the purpose of why they want to get you to write is because they want you to go on their tours and of course they make money off you from their tours and on their tours you meet ladies that are not the same found on the pictures-misleading advertising! Whoever wants to put this site on a gold list needs to definitely change their mind! Plus who said women in one's own country aren't as good as the foreign ones?

I am currently a member which my cancellation will be next week. Anyway, I was told by one of their female members that she is paid to get me to write emails to her, on the site, just to get me to pay money for the site. It cost me almost $25 to receive a message and send a message with photo back to her. Plus I had to spend $95 to begin membership, which I have no idea what that was for. Plus still pay $29.95 per month to be a member. And still charge me that almost $25 for emails. Robbery for the responses I received. I wrote 15 women and not one responded.

Hot russian brides delivered to you - A friend of mine begged me to go on this with him because he was too wimpy to do this alone. I have no problem finding girls here in the US, but I went with him. I have to say the girls were amazing. I am 43 and usually I can't date girls who are 19 years old, but here they were all over me. It was the trip of a lifetime and I am considering marrying one of them. Who can turn down marriage of a girl half your age?
