I have order from LovelyWholesale sometimes I'm pleased and sometimes I'm very disappointed I have not received items. I have received for the wrong size I text them and test them over and over and over email damn I'm sorry. They have not made me a satisfied customer. I am angry and upset because I don't have money to throw away. You take my money give me what I asked for that's all I'm asking. And that shouldn't be hard to do.
I've never had issues before but I revieved my package with only 18 of my 32 items. I'm very upset after waiting a month. If you want to contact me lw email *******@yahoo.com
This is the worst site I ever ordered from. About 2 months ago I ordered 12 items. It's took 1 month for my package to ship to me. When I received the package it only had 1 item in there. I contacted my post office and then contacted lovely wholesale. Post office did they investigation within 72 hours came back and said for me to contact the seller. They didn't find any suspicious activity. So long story short I been emailing LovelyWholesale for two months and still my 11 items are missing. They took $172 off my card. No refund nor items. I sent them pics and recordings of my package when it got delivered to me. These people are thieves. They don't help you. I paid for insurance and still can't get my items or refund. I hate this site
I ordered about 8 items from this website 3 weeks ago. Two days ago I received half of the order and then this morning I received a email stating that the other half or the order was out of stock due to a material shortage, like what? How can you process my order if there's no material in the first place. That's very unprofessional and I will NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN! They made me wait 3 weeks after ordering to tell me that. Very bad business.
I placed an order for almost 1000. 00 for my boutique thats supposed to launch on April 30th, i only recieved half of the items that i ordered. When i tried to speak with someone about this i wasn't able to because the only way its through email and once they respond its only briefly with vague responses. They do not care about your money or the order that you placed. I will get in touch with the better business bureau about this company! Poor customer service, only half the order and they said its fine... no its not fine! Hopefully i get my money back through paypal and i encourage everyone to do your research on this company and never order anything from them. The items are not what they look like on the pics. Material of poor quality and the sizes are not what they appear. S is xs. M is small... L is medium and xl is large. Please do not order anything from these people. Im waiting on items that wasnt included in the order that they said was shipped and the second order i placed before the fiasco never came either! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
The clothes that I purchased was not my size apparently and I emailed them telling them about my purchased and they asked for pics and all I wanted to do was return my order. I still haven't got no address to return them. The customer service sucks. I will never order from them again
It's crazy these companies take advantage I ordered my things two months ago we all know once usps has your items they have a legit tracking number well this time lovely wholesale gave me they're own tracking number to track through their website JANKY the dates change everyday but they're off today I checked and it says my package is out for delivery April5th today is the 7th just send my money back tf! Y'all don't have a number or nothing that weak $#*! email sending automated messages I'll never do business with y'all SCAMMING ASSES AGAIN!

I PLACED AN ORDER ON MARCH 19 AND AS OF TODAY I STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER. EVERY TIME I LOOK AT THE TRACKING INFORMATION IT IS STILL IN JAMICIA NY, I SEND MESSAGES TO THIS COMPANY AND THEY KEEP SAYING THAT IT IS ON THE WAY BUT ITS STILL SITTING IN NEW YORK. I THINK I NEED TO GO AHEAD AND CONTACT MY BANK FOR A REFUND I FEEL THIS IS A FAKE SITE AND THEY ARE NOT BEING TRUTHFUL. IT'S NO WAY THAT I CAN HAVE MY ORDER AND I LIVE IN WALDORF MD AND MY ORDER SAID IT WAS RECEIVED THE SAME DAY IT WAS PROCESSED. THIS IS SOME CRAZY STUFF AND IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I JUST WANT MY ORDER. I bought 3 swimsuits and cover ups all size small and NOTHING fits or looks like the picture. My bikini bottom side strap broke white putting it on. Too small Very cheap and zero elasticity. The top was too big and I usually have to wear a medium top. The one piece I received was way to big and fit baggie on me. Customer service was NOT helpful at all. ZERO STARS
Good Lovely Wholesale offered good prices for cheap, low quality, and sizes that aren't correct. I am plus-size women who wear a 3X, 3XL, or even a 4X, depending on the materials. The pants looked and felt cheap, as if they took a piece of fabric and made a cup out and sown it together. The pants did not button since the measurements were for someone with a tiny waist and large hips. The jackets/cardigans were nice, but the arms and back area were way too small. I'm not sure which measurements of XXXXL or XXXXXL they are using, but it's not meant for a true plus-size female. The purse I ordered looked nice online, but the chain seemed to have been made of $1 store materials. After paying $97.05 on six items that I cannot wear, I submitted a Customer Service ticket to request a refund. After explaining to them why I didn't want to keep the clothing, they responded, telling me I had three options (mine you, I asked for a refund in the first message); they responded as if they didn't read the message and stated the following:
We've come up with some offers for you:
1.We can refund you 20$ as compensation at most and you keep the items, is it OK?
2. Offer you a 5% discount coupon which could be used for next order directly
3. Return the item back to us, the return shipping fee is at your cost. The refund of the item price will be issued after return package delivered to us.
Would you please advise which offer you will take?
On top of that, I have to spend more money to return the items, I've ordered forms placed that look similar, like Shein, and they provide you with a return slip. Now let's see how much more I get charged to send these cheap and wrongly measured items back, after spending $97.
This company Lovely wholesale is either taking people money or sending them clothes already used. Or something completely different from the picture in my case they have taken my money and said that they cancelled my order bc. I did not pay they are clearly on my bank statement where the money was taken, I now have gotten my lawyer involved hopefully that will shut this raggedy company down and look at helping others get there money back. Hopefully this gets out before anyone else spend there hard earned money on this site!
I order 174 dollars worth of clothes and I gave all the rite info but once I paid for it u kn checked out out of know where they have the wrong shipping address the wrong email and phone number. Omg so I have been trying to contact someone who can help me since it's no option for customers to change it on our own. But know one has emailed me back and they no help at all customers service says someone will get back to me within 24 hours while that's a lie so I had to get in touch with my card company to tell them I needed to get a refund for a package that I won't get because it will be sent to the wrong address. Oh did I tell you guys that this would have been the first time I've ever placed a order with this company so how in the world do they have any address phone number or email in regards to me. If customers was easier to contact I would not have a issue but they are taking peoples hard earned money in a time like this is sucking to me. Dnt buy please see pic for proof
I placed an order and 3 weeks later my debit card was finally charged. MINUTES after my card was used at several gas stations, stealing several hundred dollars from my account.
This place refuses to refund my money on packages they never sent to post office when you claim the problem they tried to offer 5% discount on $75 purchase but refuse to refund this is considered stealing from customers during covid 19
Ordered on the first of march still havent received my package and cant even track my package. Im going on vacation the first of april and dont know when my clothes will arrive also they refunded me $27 and i dont know what for or what items i will be missing if it ever does come the most frustrating experience ever. I wish i would have read these reviews before i ordered from here. Never again!
I did receive my items but one is stained I have been talking over email for two weeks now and first I was told they would give me only $5 back. Then I was told to wash it myself. I explained to them it was sent stained. Which isn't my fault but there's. Also i notified them right away of the stained item. Still I have no unstained item being shipped or a full refund for the stained item. Also item looks different than what I ordered.
I order my items for a event i had coming up. It took me a month to get a email starting it was delivered. I work from home and ha e two cameras looking at the front door. No one delivered my package. I called FedEx and USPS they both stated due to the shipper using SmartPost. So lovely wholesale needs to fill the claim but the keep sending the faqs. No one is reaching out they just send you a link to the faqs. I never received my clothes/wigs. I filed a claim with Consumer Affairs in Hope's to getting some help. I will never order from them again and you shouldn't either.
I ordered two dresses from them this pretty black and white polka dot dress the size all wrong overall not even the right size it looks like it'll fit my teenage daughter and the material is not the material that it looks in the picture this is like some silky type material looks like a Halloween costume material. I will never order from this place again the material of their clothes is horrible the other dress that I got from them is not the same color and the length is not the same length in the picture is shorter very disappointed.
The worst place to order from please don't waste your money then the customer service refuses to give you the address to return your products then they want you to email back and forth with them while they play with you while your time runs out on the return policy time limit very disappointed I ordered two orders one for my husband $90 one for myself for $114 the stuff I received was trash they didn't even take their time to make this stuff none of the sizes are what they say they are on the website buyers beware

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
