I order 2 items, October 2020 and yet I still have not received. I am not able get any email resolution, and getting someone on the phone is not an option. They have not offered me a refund nor a gift card. The company has stole my money. And lost my business.

THEIR WEBSITE IS A FRAUD. THE CLOTHES LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE FABRIC ON THE MODELS THAT ARE PICTURED CLOTHING IS CHEAPLY MADE SOME STUFF I EVEN SAW ON FASHIONOVA WEBSITE. I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING THEM FOR A REFUND I GET THE SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE. AT THIS POINT I AM DONE GOING THROUGH THEM AND I HAVE FILED A CLAIM THROUGH MY BANK. DO NOT BE DECEIVED THE QUALITY OF CLOTHING IS TERRIBLE. THE FABRIC ON THE CLOTHES IS LIKE BATHING SUIT FABRIC EVEN THOUGH ON WEBSITE IT LOOKS LIKE COTTON MATERAIL.

Not only is the material cheap (see through), it is not as pictured. Doesn't not cover my chest 36dd got an XL and runs small. Super difficult just to get straight answers when trying to return an item. They said we will give you 50% of your money back because it will cost too much to send the item back WITHOUT telling me the cost of sending back. They said oh we can't provide that information have a good day... tf?! Never using this site again. Dont even waste your time with lovelywhole you can tell by the pictures its fake.

Purchased a swimsuit with cover up. Cover up was too tight on my arms and the bath suit was too big. I sent these to email biting my mtfers a email to advise of the mishaps and they send me a email back asking me to get a tape measure. Look at what these ". " sent me.( We will be glad to help you solve this issue. We ;d like to know which part doesn't fit and whether we delivered the right size as it was specified in the order. Would you please also check the size label and provide picture that could show tape measurements of the part that doesn't fit?
We would also offer some beneficial solutions for you. YOU PENNY SNATCHERS WILL MEVER GET A DIME FROM ME. KEEP up the crappy customer service and u will be paying for another LLC under another name if you hvnt done that already DONt BUY a SHOE STRING FROM THESE PEOPLE! I warned you

Be sure you are buying correct sizes and keeping the item. Return process with this company is awful! You have to contact them via email. I went through 4 reps before getting things settled and even then I was not happy with the outcome. I'm stuck with all this clothes that I dont really care for. Yes they offered to refund 30% of the cost back to me but all I wanted was to return the items. They expect you to pay the shipping cost to ship back. Be prepared to have an order number and item item numbers ready for them. The return process should be easier than the way they have it set it up. No rep was on the same page. It was such a hassle that I was entirely turned off. I don't suggest you spend money here. The shipments take forever and a day. Almost an entire month to be exact. Honestly their material is cheap and clingy hence their prices. By the way I was leaving a 1 star rating but they have it set so you can't leave low star ratings. Ladies save your money and energy you deserve better than what this company offers. Which is cheap clothes made poorly and awful customer service.

Do not order from this business! I placed an order on 4/28. The next day I received an email stating the order had shipped with a tracking number. On May 11th I tracked the order & according to the tracking number my package was at my local USPS ready for pickup, which was strange to me. So, I ended up going to the Post Office & was told that they could not locate any package for me with the tracking number & that it was FAKE. So I reached out to the company via chat bc of course they don't have a number to call & was told that the package was at the Post Office ready for pickup. Which it was not. So I ended up calling USPS customer service & was told that they could not locate any packages with the tracking number. They somehow manipulated the tracking number to show that it was delivered. I ended up having to file a dispute with PayPal & before PayPal gets involved they try to let you resolve the issue. So I messaged the company through PayPal & they tried telling me again that my Package was left at USPS, so I escalated the issue to PayPal & what do you know. I receive an email from this company outside of our PayPal conversation saying that the package hadn't shipped due to Labor Day. I don't like to assume but if they meant the upcoming holiday. Which is Memorial Day. That's weeks away. Not sure what that has to do with anything when they claimed that the items were shipped 4/29. I work hard for my money & Im not going to just give it away with nothing in return.

Sorry I ordered from them. Clothes are not true to size. They give you the run around for a dam refund, they suck/ scammers.

Purchased items in June 2020. It is now May 2021. I have no merchandise, no refund and have made NO progress with resolving my complaint because you can ONLY email this company located in China. It is VERY frustrating to say the least. When someone did respond to my email, this company had the audacity to say it's not their fault, it's the carrier or mail processing center fault. LIES! LIES! LIES! When I look at my order online via LOVELY WHOLESALE WEBSITE, my order says Paid-Processing. IT WAS NEVER MAILED OUT! It doesn't say SHIPPED and the Tracking says it's processing as well. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!

Terrible terrible! I will NEVER order sneakers off this site again. Sneakers I ordered the pic on this site looked like Nike but when I received the sneakers it looked ABSOLUTELY nothing like the pic! Extra cheap material & design was totally jacked & it smelled like fish. Wasted money b/c it went in the trash! NEVER AGAIN!

I have order a few items from them and every pair of pants has not fit right. Not one pair have been tapper-style or leggings style like the pictures display. All have been wide-leg or jogging suit style which is very disappointing. I did receive a small discount from them after providing pictures of how off-the-mark they were with their paints. Now Im scared to buy pants from them. Other than that, the other items like tshirts, swimming suits, and jean jackets have been nice. (Pics below are pants that suppose to fit like leggings but as you can see they do not, and it messes the entire outfit up).

Although the clothing are listed at a very low price. Please do not be fooled it is worth the money. The clothing are cheaply made and very poor quality. You get what you pay for. The items I purchased seemed to be wax paper sewn together. Also the customer service does not have a contact number. You can only reached them through email, chat or social media sites. Do not waste your time in ordering anything. I ordered 4 items and all of them were awful!

I recently ordered from them and found out my packages came separately, but it didn't say it on the website when you track packages. Eventually I received them, but I told them I was missing 2 shirts and my shorts. Customer service said it comes in a separate package, but they ended up sending me 3 of the same matching sets that I received in the first package. I emailed them 3 times and they're all telling me it's delivered check my mail box. In all 3 emails I asked for a refund for the missing items. They didn't address the issue of sending me the same items from the first package neither did they say they would send me my PAID for items. I really wish they had a number to call so I can get my money back or something.

My package has been floating around Illinois for 22 days... but I live in Texas! I ordered this over a month ago. At first they tried to blame it on USPS, but when I investigated, USPS hadn't even received the shipment from 17Pack - their shipping company. I bought items for a trip. Today is Friday, I leave on Sunday, so basically there's no way I'm going to get my order in time.

I spent over $100 on my order, they said delivered but I never received my order. I've been emailing them for over 16 days now and Noone to help me. No phone number for this company, cannot get a supervisor and cannot get my order or my refund. This is so frustrating!

They have very poor customer service. When you ask about your item they give you the same generic message not to worry your item will arrive soon which is not true. Also when you ask to speak to someone about a refund they give you a email/ link that send you the same generic email saying not to worry your item will arrive soon. I am sooooooo disappointed in this site and will not be ordering

This site is legit I have ordered about $800 in clothes and bags in the last 3 months and I was satisfied with everything the customer service is outstanding they answered all my emails promptly and any out of stock items they notify you and issue you a refund so yeah I mess with lovelywholesale I don't know what the bad reviews are people need to go on YouTube and read the clothing description so they can see what material the items are made from and get the right size I know sometimes you have to guess you size but that's is the cons of ordering online but I give 5stars from my overall experience

I order a dress from this website and it look nothing like the picture advertised. The material was extremely cheap. I ask for a full refund and they only want to give me half of my money. I told this company ahead of time I was not satisfied so I'm entitled to a full REFUND! I will never order from this company again. REFUND ALL of my Money please and I will be honored to send you this cheap dress back! To the right is what was advertised (rose gold pink dress) and to the left (white dress) is what was sent to me. This company need to be ashamed of themselves sending this to me!
