I had a friend tell me that she purchased from Lovely Wholesale and that they were a legit site. I decided to take a chance and order from them. I purchased just 2 items to keep my order small and to also test out their process. Well. I was completely disappointed. I was charged and told my items were being processed. After a month of waiting to see if my items would eventually ship out, I got a email saying that my order was cancelled because they didn't have enough material? It took a whole month to figure out there wasn't enough material? Ok, they did refund me but it was less than what I originally paid!? I have purchased from other companies based out of China like Shein many times before so I understand about shipping and paying for items over seas. This was not a good experience and will definitely never purchase from them again. Buyer beware!
I bought almost $100 worth of clothing. It took 2-3 months before I was supposed to get it. When it finally said it shipped I NEVER got it! They refused to send me my order again or refund me my money back. Then I seen a customer outfit that was hand made by a designer they stole and put on they website as if it had come from them! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND ORDER ELSE WHERE.
This is the worst company I have ever shopped with on-line. If I could rate this company a negative 0 I definitely would have. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them. First off there clothes run really small and lets not talk about issuing a refund. The website states someone will respond to a submitted ticket within 24 hours, it has not been 72 hours. I did everything they asked of me as far as the refund; returning the product, providing the tracking number and taking pictures of the items that were small. After they asked for the items, I still have not received my refund.
I know for sure I will take this matter further; because it's the principle of the matter.
I purchased 4 items on February 2,2021. I didn't receive the package until March 7.
The items that are pictured on the website and what you eventually end up with is completely different. There is no receipts or return package slip, you'll have to pay to ship everything back. They will not allow you to speak to a supervisor. They will continue to email you stating that the product you ordered was the same. Complete waste of time and money. I will never shop with this company again. Straight up fraud!
If I could give this company no star's I would. Order in January 2 items arrived a little earlier no problem. The package was opened and had a little dirt on it. Shirt was cheaply made. Smh... emailed them for the return info. Do you know it took them a whole month to get back to me?!? All I wanted was my money back. They tried to negotiate and Requested pictures of the merchandise. Here we are in March and I shipped them the package last Tuesday. Today is March 10th no reply to the emails or my refund. Worse company ever!
Customer service is terrible qualify of clothing is garbage don't waste your money on this company, when you ask for a return they give you the run around so they don't have to give you a return for it, customer service is the worse people to deal with STAY AWAY! FAULS ADVERTISING CLOTHES DON'T LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES WHEN YOU GET THEM! STAY AWAY AWAY AWAY!
The clothing was super cheap materials (I've seen Halloween costumes with better quality). Sizes run small. The return process is expensive, confusing, and im still waiting for my refund almost 2 months later. I learned my lesson, never shop here!
I was just about to play some order because they have some beautiful items but the prices was too good to be true so I thank you guys for the reviews and I will not order from this company. FYI the negative reviews are definitely affecting your business because they are stopping potentials you must fix this shipping issue you guys have unless you guys are just a whole scam

I spent $76 on Jan 21, estimated delivery was Feb 14 but it supposedly was "delivered" on Feb 5th. I requested the order be sent to Los Angeles and it ends up being delivered in Fontana. When tracking my delivery it stated "returned to shipper", and thats when my package ended up in Fontana. Which means they literally just took my money. Of course they have no one you can contact over the phone email only. Emailing back and forth after getting a response every 3 days. This company is full of dumpster juice, just go to Aliexpress.

Recieved my Blue Angels "Citizen" watch today. All Photos on web show it being a Citizen watch. Clearly marked on front and back. Watch shows up and it is a complete piece of junk. It is not marked front or back with the name citizen and in fact the back of the watch is completly blank. It has no markings of any kind. DO NOT ORDER THIS WATCH! COMPLETE SCAM.

I've ordered from these people before and didn't really have a problem that's why I was comfortable ordering again, this times was a nightmare first off I ordered for over 200.00 and paid for expedited shipping and of course it came in long after date it was suppose too, I ordered 10 items and got only 1 tried contacting customer service of course at no prevail sent email and got no reply from tht, then I contacted PayPal and what they are doing is sending a partial refund of 7.95$ and when they do that they know PayPal will not touch it. I had to call and raise hell with PayPal to look into this matter finally I got PayPal attention then after they began to looking then I got 1 item in and weeks later some of the other items came in and wasn't at all what I ordered here im in Feb, 2021 and this order was placed in Dec 2020 people please! Beware! Of these out of the country vendors because they will steal your money cheaper isn't always better!

I use to love shopping at LovelyWholesale and spent a nice amount of money each order. However my last order was sent with one piece missing, they did send me a refund after telling me that my order had been already shipped. Then in that same order they sent me a dirty white dress. I emailed them and sent pictures. They responded for me to send pictures. Even though I sent pictures with the first email I resend them and have emailed them twice I have not heard a word they just stop responding. I work really hard for my money and I do not appreciate that. I will not order from them again.

I ordered a dress to wear for Valentine's Day. I realized I had the wrong size. The website said I'd hear back in 24hrs but I heard from them that day. I was so excited they caught my order before it shipped! What was so awesome, it ship in time and it fit perfectly. I knew the straps were plastic and wasn't worried because I don't really have huge boobs. Unfortunately a strap broke while I was trying it on. I absolutely love the dress though. Great customer service, it fits me perfectly. I really do hate the right strap broke.

Do not buy from this company the clothes are not true to size If bought a two-piece army fatigue outfit the pants fit the shirt did not fit I had to give it to my 11 year old cousin and I also purchased a pair of destressed jeans that did not fit. I had to pay 15.00 to send the pants back then when the company refunded me the did not want to give me all my money back this company is a rip off and the clothes are not true to size I would not recommend buying from this company and I have also heard from others about they inaccurate description of the sizing of the clothes BEWARE!

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
