They are the most disgusting and cheating online clothing company. Purchase dress worth $158 and my package was spilt into two. They only deliver 2 dresses ($45), since last July I have requested for information regarding my second package. This is an honest review from a frustrated customer. You purchased from them, they will steal your money and package will not be delivered. They will deliberately ignore your emails by not providing the requested information. Please I am calling on all customers not to purchase from this fraudulent company.
I ordered the camo jacket in 2xl and got a small I think y'all sent me what y'all had, and took my money in PISSED first time ordering from y'all and want again. No address to send it back.

I've been trying to contact LovelyWholesale about an order that I placed around Christmas 2020 which I never received, because UPS delivered to the wrong address. UPS started an investigation, when the investigator came to my house with a map that proved they did not deliver to my address, I was under the impression that UPS would refund my money. When I spoke to UPS they explain to me they returned the money to LovelyWholesale. Now I can't get in touch with LovelyWholesale about refunding my money of merchandise I purchase but did not receive. At first I received and text back about my issue but it never got resolved and now when I send a ticket I don't get any response at all. I will never shop at LovelyWholesale again, because of the unprofessionalism they conduct. Why is it that we cannot talk to anyone on the telephone concerning customer service. I don't like the fact that they got paid for something that I did not receive and I cannot get in contact with them please do yourselves a favor and do not order from Lovely Wholesale.

I ordered maybe 2 or 3 outfits. With the order I was giving a tracking number and every time I went to check it said order was being processed by this time it had been saying that for 2-3 weeks. So I contact them about my order they told me my order was delivered on such & such day I'm like well I haven't got it where did they leave it. They said oh the person must left it at your door. I explained to them that where I live packages go missing from people's doors so that's why I was watching my package so had whole time I'm thinking it haven't been shipped they said it did and was delivered. I never got my package and company refused to send me out another order I didn't ask for a refund I just simply wanted another order they said I said to file a claim with the delivery company and they will refund them. But when I call my delivery company they couldn't do a refund for me. After I explained that to the customer service person they still refused to do anything. Why would I be wanting my same package if I already got it. Told them someone much of took it. I wasn't aware on when it would be here because their site was telling me something different. I never got my new package, refund or anything!

I ordered a dress with wide arms... very beautiful in the picture when I received it... it literally looked like a prison jumpsuit that someone tried to alter... of the 6 items I ordered 2 were ok... but the quality is of Halloween costuming and looks home stitched. It was so bad I made my husband put it on cause it's so embarrassing.
They be lying about they haven't received your order when they have they don't put your money back on your credit card they service is bad they clothes run small I will advise anybody don't order from them
I bought a few things from this website, at first I thought I found a GOLD MINE and then things turn into a nightmare for me with these people. It's bad enough that it's most likely coming from China which these people can be hard to deal with and they offer no refund or even try to make it up to you in any kind of way. I have to get PayPal to involve to get my money back.
I placed an order on 12/7/20. I contacted them 12/15 concerned about it arriving prior to Christmas. They assured me it was shipping on 12/16. From 12/16 to 12/26 tracking showed it in queens NY. As of 12/26 is shows it's in Atlanta GA. Why would a delivery to NY go from NY to GA? All now the tracking is still showing the date of 12/30 at a "shipping facility." Not once have I received a date of estimated arrival. Every time I contact lovely wholesale (only via email or chat, no phone number available!) they continue to send me this same tracking info that isn't saying anything! I have requested my money back numerous times and they have yet to address it! At this point it doesn't even matter if you have good items, your service has been horrible! Keep your stuff, I want my money back! DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM!
Made my first order for CHRISTMAS and i was going to wait a little while b4 I ordered the rest of my desired items but after completely the first order i saw it was coming fro. China so i made the second order a few days later. The FIRST pkg was shipped via FEDEX. I saw that tracking number was somehow delivering the package to LOUISIANA instead of ARIZONA. I went back to the website to verify the correct address I provided. They have no CS number so i emailed. Email came back as "not delivered, email address does not exist". Called FEDEX and was able to intercept. Second package was sent via USPS and they would NOT allow me to redirect the package. The clothes are not of good enough quality for such a huge hassle. For some reason my pictures wont attach.

I DEFINITELY SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS! I ordered $80 worth of garbage. I ordered 4 things which was going to be Christmas gifts. They finally arrived after 2 months of waiting only to be HORRIBLE! They are 5 sizes TOO SMALL! The material is I have no idea but definitely not what the description said. They in order to get a refund you have to pay to have it shipped back which is more than the stuff is worth. And they only refund 20% of the amount. TOTAL SCAM! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME COMPANY! They ARE NOT IN CA. THEY ARE IN CHINA! DO NOT BUT ANYTHING!

What you see is not what you get.
Both wig colors, and styles were not as depicted in the photos. And the blonde one sheds like a dog, during shedding season. Keep your money. Additionally this company, does not allow honest reviews. If the review is not five star, it does not get posted.
I ordered in November ita april I have nothing in January I was told that my order was lost and they were filing a claim I just want this to be over I promise I have learned my lesson
The clothes are really cheap Because you get what you pay for. Don't be fooled this stuff looks like a really low quality type of fabric. Not to mention waited a whole month just to be disappointed. Save your money.
I order items but never received them. I asked if they could provide me with proof but to no avail I haven't received it but a reply the can refund me a very minimal refund which is unacceptable.

I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
