I have noticed several negative reviews and unfortunately the bad outweigh the good. The clothing lining was nice but there is a such thing as photo shopped so do not waste your time on purchasing anything if you can not try it on because all material is made different. As well as, the outfit is a cheap price therefore you are not going to get great quality. Plus the shipping and handling fee is too high. For the price they want, I can go get several more outfits for another store like Marshall's, Ross, and TJ Max so no do not waste your money. Plus if it is coming from China, most definitely DO NOT waste your money because of this political tariff crap that we are going through because of the orange azz Trump and the Repub. So nothing is trust worthy right now if you are trying to purchase outside of the US. However, I know some very fine lawyers who could help me sue them for every dime they have and place them in prison for fraud. Some of you all unfortunately can not therefore it will be very hard for you to get back your money, items, refunds, etc. Be careful and there are other trust worthy websites and clothing sales companies.

This is the 2nd time I bought a dress that they just hand made and throwed it in the orders and now they want to remove the dress offline but not exchange it if anybody knows a good lawyer to sue them let me know please.

I ORDERED A BUNCH OF STUFF-SEVERAL ITEMS DIDN'T FIT-HAD TO CREAT A TICKET TO RETURN ITEMS. I PAID TO RETURN THE ITEMS -MY TRACKING SHOWED IT WAS RECIEVED ON THEIR END ON 5/13. I CAN ONLY RESPOND TO AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL BCAUSE THERE IS NO NUMBER TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY DIDNT GET IT. EVERY EMAIL TAKES 2 OR MORE DAYS FOR A RESPONSE. OFTEN THE SAME RESPONSE WHICH DOESNT ANSWER MY QUESTION. FINALLY THEY SAID THEY RECIEVED IT-NOW THEY ARE ASKING IF THEY CAN PUT THE REFUND ON A CREDIT TO ORDER AGAIN. HELL NOOOOO! THE NEXT EMAIL ASKED WHAT DID I RETURN? I PUT ALL THE ITEMS BACK IN THE PLASTIC WITH A PRINTED SHEET OF ALL MY ITEMS. WHY DON'T THEY SEE WHAT I RETURNED. I WANT MY MONEY AND I AM BEYOND PISSED. IF I GET ANOTHER AUTOMATED E-MAIL THREE DAYS LATER AGAIN WHICH DOES NOT ADDRESS MY ISSUE I WILL FIND OUT HOW TO STOP PAYMENT ON THE STUFF I PURCHASED. TOO BAD CAUSE SOME OF MY STUFF WAS CUTE JUST DIDN'T FIT. NEVER AGAIN! I RATHER PAY A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS TO BE ABLE TO HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN THE LONG RUN I DID NOT SAVE MONEY!

I have been trying to submit a ticket all weekend, and it has been giving me the "Network congestion, please try again later" error. I was excited to order my new items. I received my items on 5/17/19. I was surprisingly disappointed about some items I received. Item (PG*******) the chains were hanging off by a thin string. 2 chains fell off of the string they were on. I would need to have another pair sent where the string it firmly attached. Item (YQ*******002) was extremely oversized. I would need to have the item in a medium size. Item (GQ*******611) was extremely too small. I would need to have this item in a XL size. Item (ZH*******) was saggy everywhere, and it was not form fitting as the item looks. I would like to have a refund on this item. Item (HG*******118) was not remotely close to what I ordered. I would prefer a refund for this item.

Although it does take quite some time to get items, I really like lovelywholesale. I've ordered more than 10 dresses from this site, and I always receive what I ordered. The prices are low, but I've had a couple of those dresses for over a year and they still look great and aren't falling apart. They're surprisingly good quality despite the price. The dresses do tend to have a chemical smell when you first get them, but one wash will get rid of the smell. I'll continue to shop here.

I order 9 items from this company. The first two were great so I ordered again. The second two did not look like the picture. I was disappointed and I will not be wearing these items. They look extremely cheap. However, I placed a third order and loved all three pieces one was too big so I gave it away. The material was good. The fourth order the dress color did not look like the picture but I wore it anyway (after I had it cut because it was way to long). I got so many compliments on the dress I was ok that it was way louder in color than the picture. I promised my self I would order one last time and if I wasn't happy I would stop ordering. My last dress was garbage. It was the dress with the big flowers. I ordered it in the yellow and black stripped. First the colors are so bad that the black looks navy blue. The white is blended in with the color so its not as vivid as the picture. It is not floor length and you can see completely through the entire dress. This is the cheapest material by far. I am torn because I feel like there may be different people who make the clothes and if they communicate with the buyers maybe they will know which ones are doing a good job and which ones are not. The person who made the last dress should not be allowed to make any other clothes. They are terrible.

I ordered from this company back on 4/19 and was expecting my item by 5/2. I reached out on 5/2 for updated shipping due to the tracking had not been updated since 4/28. I get a response the item was delivered. When I advised i did not receive they send me a number to an International shipping company. They stated they were unsure why i was sent to them they have no idea how the package was delivered once it got to America. I will not stop until I get my product or my money!

I bought the Harry Potter Welcome packs including international postage in early March. A receipt was received but no postage or tracking information.
After two months, still no package. I have contacted the site many times, but there is no response.
There is a number of sites with very negative reviews about this site being totally fraudulent and I would definitely agree. This site is purely after your money and is a total scam

I have ordered from this site and have always been satisfied. Yes, some things don't fit or look 100% but it is inexpensive and MORE items are a good bet! You just can't get a major store quality and cheap prices together.
I always upgrade on postage to UPS so my items arrive earlier. I track them on UPS down to the hour and make sure I am here. When you order go 2 sizes up and be choosy about what kind of material you are ordering. Most items are for small framed women in China and USA women tend to be bigger. I am going to continue to order. I am pleased! Hope this helps
