This online website is such a fraud. I ordered from their website two weeks ago and paid $10 for express shipping. Not only have I not received a tracking number but they insist the order time is 1-5 business days. When I email them they tell me it is 3-7. It has passed that point and STILL no tracking number or anything. I feel like I was robbed and am trying to get my money back. Not sure this is a legitimate business because this is the worst service I have ever received online shopping! I have tried reaching them several times and their response is always the same, it's coming. WHEN? WHEN? Where is the tracking number! Why did I pay for express if I wasn't going to receive express service! TERRIBLE! Don't waste your money or time! Believe the horrible reviews! It's true!

I ordered my items a week ago still have not got a confirmation sent 3 tickets sent message via facebook the site has no number to reach CS the email is bullcrap I spent near $200 and still no response on when I'll be getting my shipment and I can't even track my order BC the order number Is not accurate. I am very pissed this is by far the worst online site ever I will be calling my bank first thing in the morning to dispute this I need a full refund if my items do not arrive by Friday this company should be sued and shut down

First of all l placed an order on April 6 and did not receive it until the April 23rd but did not get the notice that it had been delivered until today the 25th I'm so glad l had it shipped to my job or else someone could have taken it no notification until two days after the fact l order 13 outfits one blouse and a pair of shades my order was 200 dollars plus 93 dollars for shipping yes almost a hundred dollars for my wait missing one outfit got no notice what so ever that my item was not with the rest of my items totally not worth the wait or my hard earn money spent buyer beware expensive shipping long wait missing items and late delivery notice and some items do not look like the pictures

Attention! Attention! This is a lying company. Do Not order anything from this company. Me and my friend ordered several items a piece from this company. When she received her items it took 4 weeks to come and then it didn't look nothing like the clothes that's wasn't advertised on that side. On the other hand mines never came! I'm so discussed with this company. I tried to give them a chance by over looking the bad reviews they have on line, but the bad reviews from other people is true. They are frauds, Liers, thieves, fake as hell in advertising and sad for cheating people! Don't trust this company at all! Please!

The first time I ordered I paid for faster shipping.it wasn't fast at all but when I got the clothes they were ok.so I decided to order again and not pay for faster shipping. Whats the point?. I ordered again on 4/8 at 6am central time. Today is 4/24 I just received a so call tracking number to a site that's in Chinese. I had to submit about 6 tickets to only find out that what I ordered was supposedly out of stock. Yet the site never said that. The responses that I got were "be patient" and "we will let you know" I had to get irate just to get a response. And they won't accept my reviews. Never again will I order from them.

This is my second time writing a review only because the first time is when someone reached out and provided me with a tracking number that been saying in packing at RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA. For a week and 3 days now. I placed a order with them on April 4 and still nothing. I will never order from them again. As a matter of that I will call my bank and dispute this issue because there is no number to reach a consumer service representative when you have a issue or concerns. This site is a fraud and the responses are fraud too.

Save your money and shop else where! Now your 1st purchase may go smooth (maybe) but after that it goes way down hill! The quality of clothing is absolutely horrible. Looks nothing like the online purchase and shipping takes FOREVER! Why pay for expedited shipping when it takes well over a month to receive (if you're lucky 1mnth is the shortest) I paid $77 for expedited shipping which claimed 2-6 days... it took 1 ½ months to receive. My order came separately... I had to create a ticket with PayPal just to get a response from UNlovelyWholesale... I sent several emails and created so many tickets... they don't respond unless you threaten them. (They will cause you to get out of character) once I finally got my order, they refused to refund me my money for expedited shipping. Offered me a Measly coupon which was worth $4 They'll constantly lie about the order... SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE you've been warned

Absolute FRAUDS! Please DONOT order from this company. They provided false tracking information in order to not have to refund! Luckily my bank is very thorough and my provided documents went above PayPal to receive my money back. I tried to work with this company before going that route but they decided to be sleeze balls and create false tracking information. Ups cannot release their package due to FDA issues with their product/sunglasses the company then provided Pay pal with false documents in an attempt to not have to refund my money. YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS!

The first time I ordered I was impressed because at first I was skeptical. All of my outfits fit except for 1, no big deal I just figured I needed to lose a few pounds. But the day I wore my outfit. 10 minutes after I put it on the fabric started to unravel. It was only a 1 day wear so I really didn't care. So after sometime, and looking at all the ADS they have I decided to order again. Well this time the entire experience was horrible. I ordered a lot of different things, shipping was really expensive for 10-20 days. Well I didn't receive my order for 32 days. Then it was only 1 bag. No box, I ordered like 6 different things. I opened the bag and GEEEESH. It was horrible. I cannot fit anything. The fabric is cheap. Threads were coming out of everything. Hems were uneven. I assume they make their own clothes. I ordered everything XXL. Nothing was XXL. I will never use them again. I spent almost $90 and I can't wear anything. You can see straight through the dresses. There's no stretch to anything. I'm REALLY disappointed. I gave them the benefit of doubt because of the 1st order. But I will NEVER use this site again. You guys are FULL OF IT!

This was my first time shopping with Lovely Wholesale after a recommendation from a friend. I was impressed by how promptly customer service responded and resolved my issue when I needed to change my shipping address. I used expedited shipping & received my items in about 2 weeks. I was so surprised by the quality of the material. Both items looked exactly like they did online. I'm pleased and can't wait for my next 2 orders to arrive!
