I recently bought a March 3rd 2019 it is now July 24th and still I have failed to receive my order I reached out June 16th regarding not receiving my order their customer service always respond two days later however that wasn't my issue. My issue was no matter how many times I broke down the USPS tracking (how my order was sent back due to USPS not finding my address and it's been at the USPS hub in California for the past two months and it's not moving) customer service still would say please wait 5-7 business days not understanding I been waiting over 3months and the order shows it's been in California since June 20th. I've sent screenshot and so much more and still no one has been able to help me I ask for a supervisor to call me no one has called so as of rn they have not done anything to help me I've emailed over in over again still nothing I would not suggest anyone to order from hear if u do just know if it happens to get sent back for whatever reasons you will be waiting months even if all the information is right in there face. Recently I ordered from Lovely wholesale and I had another address on file but when I placed my order I put in my new address. However the website still placed the order sending it to my old address. I immediately got in contact with the website and asked for them to change my shipping address and they didn't change my address. My order got sent somewhere else and now my bathing suit couldn't be retrieved by the local post office. I got in contact with Lovely Wholesale again requesting a refund and they refuse to give it to me. I will NEVER order from here again. I never got my money back and never got the product.

This was my first time ordering from there and honestly I shouldve read their reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered an extra large size pair of jeans, usually I order a size large in jeans or a size 14, but I decided to go a size up. Although I ordered a size up, when the jeans came in, they were extremely tight and could barely fit me, how is that even possible. I also ordered a pair of sunglasses at the same time with the jeans and they never came in. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This is a con. Beware of purchasing an item of clothing from this store because the sizes are not "U.S.," but Asian. They're based in China. A size medium swimsuit (I have one I bought from here - Dallas - which is a size medium and it fits perfectly) from this fake company is like a size small. Although I took pictures and contacted them at least 10 days, they still did not wish to give me my money back even after saying that I was going to return the item. Please be careful with these types of companies because they WILL STEAL your money.

HONEST REVIEW: like everyone, I read the horror stories and decided to send an email after placing the order ($160). Contact was clear and within a business day. They offered to send partial shipment to send out the confirmation (at no extra cost to me). Shipment is weird (travels overseas, then through Fedex to end up with USPS) but the items made it. Al items are great material, well made (although one jumpsuit appears to have a slight hole at the inseams but it's just how the stitch is) but I will be buying more from them (when I can take the time for shipment) be patient but they are legit.

I have been ordering from Lovely Whole Sale since 2017. I recently placed 2 orders back to back and a 3rd order. One order I contacted customer service to expedite an order I needed. They were in constant communication with me and got my order in 2 days! They are amazing. Over joyed with my orders and I am placing another order today. I have received all my orders on time. Thank you Lovely Whole Sale. You go over and beyond for your customers! You are all the bomb.com. I appreciate you rushing my last order in time for my event!
