Shipping took about a month which was frustrating. My items came two days apart. They did good communicating when I emailed them for the most part. The material wasn't what I thought it would be, but you get what you pay for. Overall I'm satisfied.
I ordered my percel June 13 2020 gave them time to deliver. Now its almost July and still no items. The tracking number doesn't make sense. Its showing me all the tracking in shanghai and it arrived and left brooklyn new jersey blah blah. And now its saying shanghai again. This is crazy and I spent 256.00 for summer clothes and every time I contact them they say the same $#*! due to covid 19. I wish I reviewed this site before sending money Hope I get my items

This has been by far the worst online ordering online experience I've ever had I placed and order on May 26 2020 which it said it should be arriving within 7-10 business days. It stated that I was eligible for standard shipping but NO! They sent it through flat rate shipping which was cheaper. The flat rate shipping is through USPS so thats normally how I receive mail like bills and things. I have a very small mailbox so I know it couldn't have fit inside of there! Attempted to contact them several times to inform them of this before it was even shipped but no response. Now a month later they're saying my package was delivered outside my mailbox and I live in an apartment complex so it had to be stolen. Currently USPS is investigating and LovelyWholesale is basically telling me there's nothing they can do because it says delivered. Overall I wasted $155 on this purchase which they won't refund! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU'RE BETTER OFF ORDERING FROM SOMEWHERE THAT'LL MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR PACKAGE AND NOT TAKE THE CHEAP ROUTE. I will be doing a review on YouTube also!

I ordered for mothers day 22 items totalling $551 CAD the minute I got my stuff I checked amthe quantity because after placing my order i read reviews and they were horrible so i contacted them literally within 15 minutes of dhl giving me my package and they replied saying items are still being processed then a week later my ticket was closed no reply so I submitted another ticket they then say I will be refunded 15 CAD which was odd since nothing I got was that amount even in USD nothing was 15 dollars I informed them via the ticket they have never replied since I also got a separate email from then around the same time saying to follow a link to track items which I followed but since they didn't give me a new tracking number it was useless I have sent email upon email its been a month of radio silence they will take your money and you are then at their mercy some people get lucky others will get screwed

I ordered 3 maxi dresses, waited 2 months to get them (wish I had known this is a Chinese company) and when they finally arrived, the order was WRONG. Not wrong size wrong, but 2 butt ugly, god awful, plaid, polyester, bellbottomed halter jumpsuits wrong. Posted pictures below. Awful!
Then they had the audacity to not want to refund my money. Had to send their mistake back to China for more than the items were worth. Do NOT buy anything from this company.

I found this site on FB and browsed there clothing. Im a plus size woman and I needed cloths. I found this dress and I saw it was in a 3XL. So I decided to order i in a 3XL. I ordered it on 6-4-20. I never got an email from them or a tracking number. So I had my husband contact them. After that I got an email. They say they have been around since 2005. If so they should be able to get your order straight and send u the right size. I got my dress and it looks like the pic. But they sent me a damn Small. Im a plus size female and wear a 3XL not a damn SMALL. I contacted them and asked for them to send me the right size or refund my money. They contacted me and said I would need to send back the dress in good condition and I would get a discount on my next order. I wrote them back and said NO I won't pay to send back the dressa. If u want it back u will pay the shipping. I didnt F up u did. I just told them I want my full refund. And if I didn't get my full refund I would let the proper authorities know in there country. Im not messing around. Please DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. If u got what u paid for good im glad. But most on here either haven't gotten theres, got wrong item, or got right item but wrong size like me. But I feel its a scam. In order for people not to think its a scam some people do get what they order and fast. But the majority on here haven't gotten theres or got wrong item, or got right item but wrong size. If they would have told me "sure ill send u the right size and pay to have wrong size returned", I would have ordered more from them. But since they told me all that bull$#*! HELL NO. Ill never buy from them EVER AGAIN. AND I'LL WARN OTHERS OF THIS SITE. Scams like need to stop.

I have tried to submit a ticket as instructed since my order costing over $100.00 went to the wrong address, yet the ticket wont allow me to send it. So I have emailed several times and all I get is "take our survey".

I ordered $100 worth of items which arrived looking like kid Halloween costumes. The quality is extremely poor. I waited 2 months and out of $100. The quality is so poor half the items I literally threw away. The remaing I figure I coukd attempt to wear as lounge wear at home. Do yourself a favor and investigate them before buying. Their customer service is also incompetent as you get no answers. I received a second package and none of the items I even ordered. I am convinced those putting good reviews may be being paid off.

I ordered over $200 of items from this site and $250 from shein. My order from shein was placed two days after my order with this company but interestly I received my items from shein within days. Now weeks later I message this company and get a generic response, of check my tracking information, which still reads the exact same as the next day after the order was placed. I wish I would have reviewed this place before spending my money! Now no one will answer with an exact date of delivery nor a refund.

I ordered clothing from them for my daughter and myself which none fit even after upsizing twice. Asked for claim ticket to issue refund and they respond with sell it or give it away. I have requested this twice with no resolve even though their website states they will issue a refund if asked for within the first seven days after delivery.

I placed an order on 5/16/20
One of the items I bought was supposed to ship within 14 hours.
NOTHING was shipped until 5/24 on that day it was scanned in shanghai china and in brooklyn NY (on the same day).
It is now June 23 and my items still haven't arrived, or even been delivered to USPS to be delivered. I have sent messages, submitted tickets, and emailed. I get the same patronizing reaponse everytime. "Do not worry your item is shipping wait anither week or 2" so i do, and I email them again... same reaponse.
Now they've just stopped reaponding to my tickets. I've ordered from other China based companies (during thia pandemic!) And NEVER waited 40 days without any resolution. I just want to be refunded so I can sever all ties with this company!

It's been months since me and my girl have ordered clothes and we still havent recieved a whole $#*! order... claims it's still in New York, I ordered 10 outfits for my lady and only recieved 7... no one contacts you back, and there is no one to speak with... this company is garbage and needs to put in the $#*!ing trash. Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
