I ordered clothes from this FRAUD COMPANY got the clothes which the zippers didn't work and clothes was terrible made I emailed about sending clothes back they give me a address I sent to address and showed them a tracking number and haven't heard back yet from them after I sent clothes back so I feel they got my money and they got their trash clothes so I'm taking a lost because usually they emailed me back a day later but not I'm not getting no response at all. DO NOT ORDER from this RIP OFF COMPANY EVER. Now I'm dong a case to BBB!

I gave them a couple of months due to covid19. Still can't get an expected delivery date, no one to speak with on the phone. Just nothing but a message to track and experiencing delay in shipping. Disgusting! DO NOT waste your money or time!

They have no live agents for customer service so when you recieve the tracking number once it gets to Philadelphia u recieve no status after that. They tell you that you will get your order in 7-10 days it's been 28 I still ain't get my order and it's bad cause there's no one to call. Please don't get scammed

Please don't order from this company. I have waited over a month for my items and they have yet to show up. It should never take a month for items to show up when websites like shein and rainbow will ship you items in less than two weeks. Stick to websites like them and don't spend your money on lovely wholesale because they really don't care for your clothes they just want to take your money. My order states it was shipped on May 11th. 28 days later, I still have not received my order. The tracking information provided does not work. When I emailed customer service they just insist that it has been shipped and give me the tracking information which does not work or provide any information. Now, they haven't even been responding to my emails. Maybe this was a scam.

This company is a JOKE! I ordered the 2 piece camouflage short set in a plus size and I received a single pair of tie-dye pants in a small! I place my order almost a week ago! Said it was delivered which is not as well as 1 piece I ordered about 9 sets of clothing! When I called my card it said I payed from PayPal which i know I didn't. The card I used is a prepaid card! You can't sign up for cash app/ PayPal or anything like that with a prepaid card.

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
