Great place! Fun selection of clothes! I bring my daughter here all the time to see what's new!
I ordered nearly $200 worth of items off this site. It took more than a month to be delivered and half the stuff I received was two sizes too big or was missing from the bag to begin with. Tried emailing them to get some type of refund for the items missing. But all they keep saying is it's been delivered and the only refund me $5! Out of $40 worth of messed up/or missing items. Not to mention it costs twice as much to return so that's not even an option. Total rip off.

There is No way to Return items either, a return label should be sent automatically considering the shipment location possible quality of merchandise, fit, and likeability. Since my last order 8/2020 I vowed to never order again. I have clothes that are still in bags because the quality fit and likeability was just horribly sad and nothing like the photo.

Extremely poor customer service. I have not been contacted by anyone about this issue. My order was placed on May 19,2020, Lovelywholesale process began 5/27/20. I paid $188.45 USD for 15 outfits and I have only received 2. No refund did the difference. Since reporting my issue, I have continuously received the same email about tracking the old tracking number, which is no longer in existence. I will NEVER order from then again!

They take my money and don't deliver my merchandise They have no contact phone # All my emails or love chats are automated I have repeated sent 13 emails to which a automated service sends the same message. In mid May, I ordered 2 dresses from them. I figured it might take a month to 6 weeks to get my items. Well, its 8, going on 9 weeks later and the tracking says my items haven't even made it to the USA yet. I tried to email customer service, my emails could not be delivered. Save your money, time and trouble, do not order from them! P.s. I want my damn money back!

This whole website is a scam. The products aren't true to the image and the workers aren't helpful at all. I never do reviews but I had to for this one because I was so unhappy and disgusted with my order and the help' provided.

I ordered two shirts on april 27 2020 and just received them today July 10 2020 and one of the shirts was the wrong and you can't get hold of anybody to get a refund or issue a complaint it's crazy and I didn't even know that they were coming from china until I got the package I will never be ordering from this company agian

Order I guess 2 maxi dresses. They were so ugly I wouldn't have wore them to a dog fight. I am 65 years old and one of the dresses was goth. I would have never ordered. There size were way off. So don't waist your money.

I purchased my order May 2. The website assured me the package would be 10-20 business days it has now been 60 plus days and the tracking information claims my item was delivered in its entirety yet I have not received a single items. I have contacted usps and they had no knowledge of my order. I also tried tracking it thru FedEx after reading some of this reviews and no luck there either. As far as they were concerned it, the package had never reached them. I spent 290 dollars... money down the drain beware.

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
