It took 2 months for me to receive my items. Even though I kept asking for update on tracking status and it said nothing but info sent to transport place (USPS or UPS) Then I filed a dispute thru PayPal and my items arrive within a month. Then when I open the package the items were not as described and when I tried them on TOOOO SMALL! I had to pay to return them which they didn't reimburse me for and they didn't even give a full refund thru PayPal saying I owe a balance. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER OR TELL ANYOME ABOUT THIS WEBSITE!
I ordered from them Mar. 2020 and still haven't received my things and I paid over 174 and fighting to get my refund. They keep saying they sent the refund June 9th but I've talked with my bank and they said they don't see a refund being issued. I will never order from y'all again. Worst experience EVER

I ordered 5 items from this company on 7/7/20... Here we are close to the month August, and I still haven't received my order. I ordered summer apparel perfect for the current weather but it looks like I will probably not get to wear them this season. Totally bummed! I've placed several tickets with customer service trying to understand what might have happened with my order. They gave me tracking info, and according to the last update my package was in Florida... that was 6 days ago! I LIVE IN FLORIDA! I'm so disappointed you guys!

I placed two separate orders on the same day both almost $300 worth. I recieved the first order after a month. My second order is literally gone I don't see it when I log in but I was charged. I have yet to get in contact with anyone from the company don't waste your time

Don't waste your time with this if ordering PLUS size. None of their items are true plus size. I own a plus size clothing store can't sale any of the items because they are not plus size. Talking to customer service is no help because they try to blame you the customer stating you ordered the wrong size. Not only that items were damaged and items were missing. This company is full of it. I don't recommend them to anyone buying wholesale. This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. THEY ARE ONLY GOING TO SHOW YOU REVIEWS THEY APPROVE OF. NOT THE REAL ONES. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

I order from Lovelywholesale in May & it is now July, I constantly messaged them & there communication was terrible my tracking number said my package had been delivered but there was no package I'm at home all day everyday, I checked the mail room I called the post office I checked the apartments that are also similar to mines right across still nothing & they refuse to refund my money or even send out another package for me I run a business & not only is this money lost but it's also customers money & now I hve to refund everyone back I will never shop with them ever again

They don't give your money back after I sent the clothes back because they where made cheap and nobody act as if they can't help or don't understand when I got a tracking number saying it was delivered.

This company is a frude I order 17 items from them on June 10 haven't received anything. They gave me a fake tracking number which don't exist this is a scam I filled a dispute with PayPal but for some reason I believe they working together because they sent a total different tracking number to them so they said the package had been sent out. NOT it's a fruad and I hope people would not ever prefer from here I wish I had read the reviews before I wouldn't have ever spent a dime with these scammer. I just recently found out this company under ferderal investigation they need to close this scamming place down. I had no ideal this was in China it's all a scamm. SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE THIS IS A SCAM! I WISH THEY HAD A ZERO RATING BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY DESERVE!

If I were you I wouldn't order anything from this site. The shipping didn't take long but when I got my clothes I wasn't satisfied at all! I ordered a shirt and it looked nothing like the picture. I ordered two pair of stacked leggings and only one fit to my preference but I got them both the same size and off the same picture. They were also to long at the ends.

I am still waiting for shipping after more than a month and the replies from the so called customer service is not helpful. I ordered from the company just to see the quality of the clothes and how the shipping times were, because of business purposes. As of now with his $#*!ty the shipping is I have concluded that I will not use any of this attire for my business. Point is they lie about shipping times and they throw the extra 7 days in there to give themselves time to bull$#*! you and even after the additional 7 days you still are awaiting your orders. I order 3 items from this company on 4/23/2020 and I have not received my order as of today, 7/15/2020. I have emailed this company and tried to call them. When I was finally able to get a response from them. They sent me a tracking number showing my items where in California, that was on June 23,2020. Items still not received and I live in Maryland. I emailed again and stated to them to not send me anymore tracking information and I want an immediate refund. You know what happened, NOTHING!. They have gone silent. Do not ever order anything from this company.

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
