Ok at this point I am pissed. I ordered just about $100 worth of items back in late April, early May from this company and after the first month of not receiving things I assumed it was due to Covid. Now it is past month 3 and still no package. I have emailed them back and forth requesting a refund and still getting the same message to check with my local post office. The post office does not have my package and are probably tired of me calling everyday now. I have submitted tickets with this company only to get the same reply over and over. This is ridiculous. If anyone knows what to do as far as recieving a refund please help me out

I order my stuff 25 days ago and they haven't ship it yet! I tried to contact them through Instagram, on their website and email. They have no phone number! They response 1-2 days. First my shipping said 15-20 days that it will take them few days to ship and I did. My stuff still said it is preparing. I got an email them quick about my address and I send them an email to confirm my mail address. They said okay confirm. Few days later they said it will take 3-5 days to for tracking number show. LIED! They said my stuff shipped then then they said the shipping company return my stuff back to lovelywhole sale and that supposedly they reshipped it. I talked to one of them and they said my stuff haven't shipped yet. THEY KEEP CHANGING THE STORIES! IT IS A SCAM! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THING EVER AGAIN! I'M TRYING TO GET A REFUND! At first i had no issues at all. Then a second order! The fact that they split my order (9 ct) into two different orders i have no idea. Well, both packages were lost. One lost by fed ex and the other by usps(regular mail) for those who doesnt know. So i opened a ticket and of course, i didnt get a good response. I went back and forth with this person for weeks. I became so upset till i started cursing them out and VERY BADLY may i add. So, im not sure of what happened but all of a sudden i stated getting positive feedback and GREAT customer service. They replaced my items that were lost and have now provided me with hope and so i placed another ordee and i will be receiving it soon. Lovely wholesale has a better shipping method and im so glad because they have really nice items and theres alot more that I'd like to purchase. Thanks lovely whole sale.

I've made several purchase and it been a hit and miss. I've had to settle for 1 out of 3 or 2 out of 5 items in my order and the rest is garbage. The ones I keep I wear at night so no one can tell how cheap the material is. It looks like high fashion in the photo but it is not the same quality as it appears on the model and the dresses are cheaply made and does not always hang off the shoulder, as shown.

I ordered quite a few items from them & only received 3 of the items. The shirts were of cheap quality & did not look as it does on the site. I inquired about my other items numerous times they keep asking me to wait patiently. I've been "patiently" waiting for almost 3 months for the rest of my things. I ordered a package A MONTH ago! My birthday is August 21st and it's the 17th and these clothes has not yet came in the mail! If I can sue I would! It's a SCAM! Highly do NOT recommend! I purchased almost $300 worth of clothing. Once my order was placed, they took their money right away but processing took almost a month. When my order finally arrived 2 months... yes 2 months later, I was highly disappointed. Some of the items didn't fit correctly. Some items ran big and the other items were just poor material quality. I reached out to customer service for the return address and refund and you know what they told me? They told me the cost to ship back wouldn't be worth it and to simply give them away to a family member or friend. Against my better judgment, I placed a second order being more hopeful... after 2 weeks of processing, i contacted customer service again to cancel the second order and instead of canceling it, they shipped it out... conveniently. Save yourself the money, time and energy. This company does poor business with cheap a** material. Waste of nearly $300

I ordered a Plus Size Army Fatigue Dress and It till forever to get to me this was clearly after the Pandemic Lockdown. Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
