I placed two orders, one on Sept 17 and the other on Sept 23. The very inexpensive order from Sept 23 has shipped and is almost to me. However, it seems the order on Sept 17 has DISAPPEARED in their system! And of course the missing order was expensive! Every time I submit a ticket or send an email they respond with the tracking number of the second order. They are obviously trying to scam me out of money for the first order. I am so aggravated because there is no way to speak to someone on the phone and the emails keep going in circles about the second order! It's been two weeks and nothing. I have no idea what to do at this point.

A Den of Thieves

This company is just like "Wholesale7" I ordered 11 items, 3 days before they were shipped I contacted them and ask could I change some sizes on a few items? China is 13 hours ahead of America; when they did reply to my ticket, thinking they would have put a hold on the shipment until we have straightened out the situation, they shipped them out, knowing I wanted to change some things. They seem like they are quick to respond to tickets when doing business, but once they have gotten your money the response to your ticket is delayed. When recieving items, I called and told them about wanting to exchange on sizes, so they inform me about doing a complete reorder because it would be quicker and that once they got the items that I sent back I would get a full refund. So I did, as of now it has been a total of 21 days since I had return items and they said items have been recieved; but still no refund.

So I ordered two sets of 6 items and one set of the 6 items I sent back with no refund; let alone the clothing I sent back.

Above all be careful when ordering on any site out of China, because the items are nothing like that of which the picture they present, it's like they are imitating other company clothing with less quality material and the Jean's or denims are most definitely not what they present. The holes in Jean's, buttons or material or not that of which is showed in the picture that they present.

Don't even chance shopping here. I've been told my stuff was returned to sender, that it is was on its way back to me. Now it's still Mia. When I've live chatted numerous times they say it's was delivered and talk to local post office. They send a list of tracking info that makes no sense. When I try tracking it w/#, no record found. Sooo pissed.

HORRIBLE

Please do not buy from here. I bought $70 ripped jeans and they arrived completely different than what I expected they were very very dark when I ordered light it was not jeans it was leggings with holes and the denim was a complete fake.

Do not buy from here

I have tried to contact them multiple times because I have not received half of my order (after waiting 2 1/2 months, the tracking number says it was delivered when it was not), I have tried to contact them over a week ago and still nothing. The prices are way to high for the quality you get I recommend just shopping off Shein or Aliexpress.

Unprofessional and scammers
September 23, 2020

I paid to receive my order within 12-15 days on 8/23/2020-I still have not received it. Ticket T*******791. This is unacceptable. They keep blaming the shipping partner. The tracking number has not been updated since 9/14/2020. I contacted USPS and they are waiting on the shipping partner to send them the package. Every time I contact LovelyWholesale is the same garbage(sending tracking numbers that tells you nothing).

I ordered and cancelled the same day. After reading the reviews, I decided to cancel while my payment was still pending. I sent a chat request to cancel, they gave me some lie about escalating it to cancel and I would receive a email. Why would you need to escalate a cancellation it makes no sense that was the first red flag. Then I NEVER got a email and I NEVER got the cancellation as promised and they NEVER refunded me. This was my first time ordering and after reading the reviews and the scam to steal my money claiming it was already processed it is some bull. First of all Paypal will notify you once the refund is processed, I have a business account with Paypal I know the process. Secondly the good reviews are scams no one is happy and received there package in 2 weeks people are saying 2 months and they are not getting the product that was advertised. My issue is my money, I am disputing since they are scamming to steal I would have never got a refund from them. Thank god Paypal is taking care of it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY STOLE MY MONEY. NEVER CANCELLED OR REFUNDED MY ORDER.

BELIEVE THE BAD HYPE!

I just open my online boutique and I placed a big order with them back in July. I received my shipment in August, which was fine because I was not launching my boutique until September. When I opened the box and reviewed what I ordered, their were items missing. I ordered 60 items and only received 48, I reached out to them about sending me the items that were missing in the shipment. They advised they will look into it and for me to send pictures. I sent them the pictures of items that were not received and what I had ordered. It took them over a week to respond back saying " your order was fulfilled and to have a nice day". Long story short I went back and forth with them for over a month. All I wanted was the items that wasn't in my order or just refunded me back them items. They ignoring me and telling they would research the issue again but 4/5 days later they would send me the same response. I will not order from them again because the customer service sucks, and they didn't even try to accommodate for the missing items. If you were out of stock, communicate that and give me the option of what I would like to do. You don't wait days later and say you got your order when clearly I didn't get my entire order. I spent my money for items and I did not receive all my items. So that's basically STEALING!

I ordered from this company twice so far, the first time i did a DENIM haul and was amazed at how the denim was really authentic(I expected stretch material) The second time I ordered Fall items to review. Both times i realize that the quality isn't the best but you get what you pay for its VERY inexpensive, by it being china based you def will receive that polyester stretchy type of material for MOST items, and for many of their items you HAVE TO SIZE UP! Do NOT order from this site. Your order will take forever to get to you. The clothes look NOTHING like the pictures. Unbelievably ugly and cheap and completely inaccurate sizes. Communication is absolutely horrible. I've filed a dispute with my bank for fraud since you literally can not get a hold of anyone!

Not Good Customer Service

This company just got me for $1,028.64. My items was never shipped to my address and they will not refund or reship my items. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for a full investigation. In my opinion signature should be required for delivery. I was left out side somewhere I guess.
