I bought a bouquet from flora world promising me a beautiful bouquet expertly done well I burst into tears when I saw them they were a cheap bunch of flowers you can get in the supermarket I paid 22 pounds for a cheap 5 pound bunch they were for my daughter so disappointed

Flowers arrived late, dead and after paying £45 for extra flowers, was daylight robbery for a few flowers that probably cost £5 in Asda

Pink pretty box arrived. Expected to see a double bunch when my sister opened the box. Horrified at the minimal lifeless bunch of so called flowers that appeared
More embarrassed by the look on her face! Go to a petrol station and pay much less than half for a better bunch. Most definitely would NOT RECOMMEND! Score a big fat MINUS!

I have now ordered 4 times with this company, very happy with the flowers, they were all lovely.
I also made a mistake on my delivery address and their customer service was brilliant

I ordered some flowers online on the 22nd May to be delivered to her on the 23rd. No flowers turned up so I emailed them as there isn't a phone number o was told they don't have an order with my email address or order number. I sent them a copy of the oder conformation and have heard nothing since. This is the first and last time I will use them. I'm now trying to get my money back from them

Bought these for my sister, absolutely disgusting half dead. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Poor customer service, no way of changing order if mistake made and they dont ever respond to emails. Telephone manner rubbish. Flowers were dead within 2 days. Absolutely shocking for the price. Avoid!

1st bouquet arrived with dead dried out flowers emailed with pictures and they said will send another one out.
6 weeks later 2nd bouquet arrives with dead roses but when email they say they showed the picture i sent to their senior florist who said they were fine

Avoid at all costs

Ordered flowers and paid extra for a large balloon for my daughters 40th birthday, i thought it would cheer her up as we could not celebrate with lockdown. The roses were dead and the others were either snapped or dead and the balloon tiny. Shocking

Do not buy from this Company. Not worth 1 star but couldn't give less. My order arrived today and the flowers are awful! I paid for the extra 50% but didn't get more than a £5 supermarket bunch! The roses are almost dead and other flowers broken. The only thing they are fit for is the bin! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

So this morning as a surprise from my mum after coming out of hospital I received a bunch of roses, almost dead, contacted them with photos to be told it is expected to be wilted in transit! You would not pick this bunch out of the bargain bucket at the supermarket. So much for the guarantee of a replacement bunch. If I could give zero stars I would have! Terrible after sales!

Do not buy from this Company, Roses half dead, no balloon, message printed on cheap paper and stuck on card - totally rubbish. 3 emails and phone line not manned.

Order number: *******. False advertising. Flowers were a pathetic representation of what i paid for. Paid extra for 50% more too, looked like it was valued at £2.50! Complained and was promised a replacement, it still hasn't arrived a week later. No communication from them either. Will never use this company again. Terrible.

I have been trying to contact you since the 7th of may. My nain was due flowers on that day which didn't arrive till the 9th. Absolutely livid when they arrived they were dead. I have emailed you 3 times no response and phoned to a constant engaged tone... what I thought would be a lovely gesture with my nan being 88 and isolating could have bought better from the garage!

I'm not one for writing reviews and usually keep my opinions to myself however, I have just received flowers from the this company and I'm upset that they are aloud to advise such nice flowers to then send out nearly dead and very small flowers. The flowers which I received are nothing like the photos advertised. I would recommend everyone to find a different flower company to go to.
