These leggings are fab! They hold in my wobbly bits. I have a pair the LotusX leggings. The fabric feels thick and supportive when they're on but it's actually not thick fabric? So you won't overheat. They're super comfy, like a second skin. They have some pretty cool designs too. LOVE.

This was the first time I had ordered from Lotus Leggings, so was not sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised!
Shortly after placing my order, I realised that I had ordered the wrong size (I am unfamiliar with the American sizing and realised I hadn't checked properly). I emailed customer services, and got a reply almost immediately saying that there would be no problem changing my order. No messing around, no having to re-order or return. Very friendly attitude.
My leggings arrived today and I am really pleased with them. They fit perfectly and the quality is spot on. I can't wait to go out dancing in them to show them off!

Everything runs smoothly until you want to exchange an item or receive a refund. Is there anyone out there who has actually EVER successfully exchanged an item from Lotus Leggings or received a refund? I believe not. Lotus Leggings have a long history of bad customer service. The Lotus Leggings website states: "Contact us at *******@lotusleggings.com for a return mailing address." The use of the indefinite article "a" is significant. A return mailing address. Any address, lol. The return mailing address quoted to me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background. Their other return mailing addresses include a random US post office!
I received the wrong size in one of the leggings I asked. And I received completely another model in other of the leggings I asked. I don't know. I have mixed feelings with this company.

A friend suggested Lotus Leggings for their awesome designs, and she wasn't wrong. Most often places that have really artsy designs cost a fortune. I love the owl leggings, capris, and haunted house leggings that I got. As far as the quality of the product, I'm not thrilled with the plastic feel of the fabric. I wear leggings year-round for compression, and I prefer ones with a softer feel. As I am in the south, I also prefer ones that don't hold heat, or at least breathe. These are a crazy hot, synthetic fabric blend. Sizing also is inconsistent. One pair I received had no tag, which seemed to have been cut out, and is enormous. Another in the same order, same size, is too small. You really have no idea what you're going to get, with them.
For the most part they wear well, though, and that's the thing. Lotus always offers sales and discounts, which is great. I appreciate the effort to keep prices low. At least in the winter months I know where to get leggings. But now I know why they're so cheap. The quality just isn't there, and the consistency is nonexistent.
What's disappointing about the company, itself, is they game reviews on specific sites (such as this one) in exchange for free clothing. Sadder than that is their products get decent reviews, though customer service gets poor reviews. Sadly, I'm among them with nothing good to say about the customer service. They are passive aggressive and generally reluctant to resolve issues. If you get a bad order, you're stuck with it.
Also, the product ships from China. That tidbit isn't made clear on their website. It takes forever to get your order, then when you do--good luck.
Lotus leggings feel great, look amazing and are the BEST prices for such quality. Will order my leggings from Lotus every time!
