I ordered 6 pairs of leggings with a buy 1 get one code. This led me to believe I would pay for 3 and get three free all the way up to the time I put in my form of payment and hit accept payment. I was charged for all 6 pair! I tried immediately to contact someone. I asked for a number to call someone and the only correspondence I got from about 10 tries is one email that stated there was no phone line to call me. NO one will respond to any email about this. I get a notification they got my email that states someone will get back to me within 24 hours. No one ever has! Please take caution when ordering from this company. I want to just send back the leggings. I have not even opened the package because this made me so angry. But, I read that there will be a $4.95 restock fee. This company is a bit sketchy for sure!

First of all, they stole from me. I have not received 300$ USD worth of product I ordered(Actually I only ordered 200$ but they charged me for another crate I don't want) They won't respond to my e-mails to their support team, only one public review after a month of trying to get hold of them, claiming they 'fall through the cracks' but they've responded to one e-mail, blamed the postal service(When THEY put the wrong address). The few pair of leggings I did get from them without issue I ordered over a year ago, and are shoddy and thin, and for 25$ USD a pair of leggings, they are not worth it for such bad quality. I provided them with invoice numbers, proof that they had sent it to the wrong address, and they still can't figure it out. They are literal thieves and even if they eventually give me the refund I doubt I'm gonna get, they're gonna charge a restocking fee, even though THEY made the mistake. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I received my 3 pair of Lotus Leggings! Yaaaay! I love them! I bought 2 athletic pair and 1 regular leggings. I do a lot of dance fitness classes and I'm concerned that the band at the top of the athletic pair will keep rolling down since there's not really any elastic to hold them up :( so I'm kinda bummed about that. But the elastic band on the regular leggings seems like it will stay up. The material is good so if I bend over you can't see my underwear. That's always a plus. I was surprised that they were shipped from China. It took about 2.5 weeks to get here which isn't too bad considering that it came from China. I'm super excited to wear these. Purchased a my first pair of Lotus and received 10/31, they came in with a hole in them. Contact Lotus Legging Support, which they were quick to respond and ask for proof but then after I sent the proof they never responded to another email since.
It's not 12/5 and I have a DEFECTIVE pair of leggings, numerous emails with NO REPLIES, and they haven't kept their word on sending me a new pair. They are cheating people out of their money and not responding to their emails as they state they respond within 24 hours on their website.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY... IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE DON'T EXPECT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR A REPLACEMENT.

I would not recommend buying your leggings from Lotus Leggings! If you have any problems with your order or questions they are so hard to contact because they never get back to you. I emailed their customer service to ask a question and they replied, but completely ignored my question. They sent what almost appeared to be an automated message (not from a real person). I emailed again and again, just trying to get some answers and they never replied. I sent them some final emails basically saying that if I didn't get a response I would no longer be a customer and give them my money. They have still not replied. In my opinion their leggings are overpriced anyway. I would look into the Online leggings store (https://www.onlineleggingstore.com/) their leggings are cheaper, AND they actually care about your input and will email you back! One of the leggings I ordered from them sold out and so my order was delayed, but they sent an email to me and they were very polite and answered all my questions. If you really like Lotus Leggings, then by all means go for it and spend your money there, but if you have any questions or problems with your order, you are basically screwed. They have the absolute worst customer service I have experienced! Just warning you... Stay away from them!

Lotus company sent me defective leggings with a tear on the crotch seam. They asked for photos of the damage which I sent within three hours of receiving the product. After that, I keep getting shipping notifications and emails stating that they sent me the right size. This went on for a week. I finally received a reimbursement from my credit card company since Lotus Leggings refused to respond to me. The internet is full of stories like this about Lotus Leggings. Their product is cheap and you may not even receive it. Avoid Lotus Leggings at all costs!

I placed an order, after seeing an ad for a 70% off coupon code. After placing my order, and entering the discount code during checkout, my card was charged full price. I immediately contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could cancel my order and they said the order was already being processed and the only thing I could do was to wait until my order came in and follow their return policy procedure for a refund. I definitely will not purchase this brand again.

I love my mermaid leggings so much! They fit perfect. I have so many pairs of mermaid leggings and these are the first sparkly and shining pair that didn't fall apart the first time I wore them! I feel like a mermaid in their mermaid leggings! I would give the mermaid leggings 5 stars! Pros are: leggings are perfectly form fitting, great length, even on my 5 ft body, soft and stretchy texture perfect for all movement!
Cons are: shipping took a little long amd the size small feels a little large, I'm a petite frame.

I placed an order on 11/28/16 (ORDER #*******) and have not received it. It was for 5 items. I have emailed many many times, called, and even tried to reach them through some of these review sites. The only response I got was automated responses and I don't think anyone even checks the emails. Very unhappy.
