I seriously was against leggings unless under a dress or tunic before these leggings. Not any more! I still like my rear covered, but that's a weird me thing, they do not go sheer and they do not ride into places they should not. I started with 2 Capri length and 2 full length and now have a bathing suit, 5 full length leggings, 2 Capri leggings and more on the way. I always catch the sales though, I don't like to pay full price for anything. The order I havery coming is from their Holiday sale, no pair over $7.99.
They are expensive, my daughter loved hers though. I do wish they shipping was faster, took almost a month to receive. My daughter uses these for dance and they hold up to the stress, and up and down on the floor. Great quality, aren't almost transparent.

I had a problem with the order that was shipped to me and when the shipping is as slow as it is was a bit upset. After I contacted customer service they sent me out a completely fixed order, even something I had messed up on my own, and I didn't have to send anything back or pay any extra. A wonderful experience and I will purchase again soon!

I would have liked a tracking number to know when they were coming, but I am very happy with the product. I love the variety of prints and styles. They run small so go up at least one size from normal.

Waited for almost a month to receive my item. After two weeks without a tracking number or a status of my shipment... I emailed them. They give me a tracking number which showed my item in China preparing for shipment. The status of "Preparing for shipment" was never updated until I received my item a week and a half later. Never ever will I waste my efforts with less than professionalism customer support.

I've sent in five emails about my order, and after two weeks, there's no shipping notification. I want a refund and my leggings. I'm out $60 and two christmas presents. Worst customer service experience in my whole entire life.

Ordered over three weeks ago and although I've been charged I've received no product. I've emailed them all week and I only get a confirmation they have received my question and no response. Thank God I didn't buy all I wanted to and have a huge charge or purchase these as gifts for the holidays. I have been ordering from lotus leggings for several months and my last purchase will be my last. The leggings were exactly the same as a previous style and color and they were different material and fit. One also got a hole within gone wear. I emailed customer service and got a standard email that said I had a ticket placed and would be contacted in 24 hours. 9 days later I emailed again and got the same response. It has been almost 2 weeks now and no solution. I will never give them my money again and will let others know to go elsewhere.

For example, any negative comment will not be approved EVER. You can slip a negative comment in under a Lotus Leggings post, in among the thousands of other positive responses, and it may be there for about 2-3 hours, but it too will be deleted. The company accepts direct credit card payments via their website, so no third party is involved, e.g. PayPal or eBay, etc. This is what allows them to evade responsibility and keep everyone's money if orders go wrong - offer no exchanges or refunds. The Returns address they gave me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background, lol. Don't bother trying to exchange or return any leggings. It's simply not going to happen. And every time you write to Lotus Leggings, it's a different person responding, as if they have a hundred employees, lol. I don't buy that for a second. The product looks good, but I have to say, the leggings look different to the website, and the material starts falling apart after about a week of normal use.
