I placed an order in November, expecting to wait a week or so for the order to be shipped. After a month went by, I emailed customer service and they sent me a tracking number. The tracking number shows my order is being shipped from China and it was not sent until a day after my contacting customer service. I'm pretty sure if I had not reached out, my order never would have been shipped at all. I'm very disappointed in the service so far. Have not received product but when I do I certainly hope I like them because based on other reviews, returning is a hassle not worth the money. But I'm not optimistic.

On November 29 I placed an order with Lotus Leggings. The only reply of any kind that I've received from Lotus Leggings was on here as a response to my negative review last Thursday. There is however no way to respond to that comment. In my initial comment I stated that after I placed my order on 11/29, I was not sent an order confirmation. The "resolution" suggested by the not-so-apologetic representative from Lotus Leggings was to simply email them (for a 5th time now) with my Order Number so they can resolve my issue, however as I stated I was never SENT an order confirmation, so I do not have that number. If I did have then I would not have an issue. I was charged 62.96 for: and XL Raven Skater Skirt, an XL Hamlet Leggings, an XL Midnight Owl Leggings, and an XL Explosion Leggings. Dear Lotus Leggings representative that responds to try to make this look "no-so-bad", Either send me me order and an order confirmation OR send me $62.96. Send me a phone number where I can SPEAK to someone in the comment here.

Do not order from this company! They are a scam! Check out their better business bureau score! Ordered and never received it. Tried contacting via their support email, their Facebook and their instagram by direct messaging and commenting on posts and rather than help, they have blocked me. This was literally the worst online experience I have EVER had.

After trying to contact Lotus Leggings for the last week or so, I received a real (not blanket/general) email this morning claiming that my order had shipped... FINALLY! Six hours later I received another email stating that my order had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. No number to call for questions and now I'm out the almost $100 I spent for Christmas gifts and work clothing for myself.
My email read as follows:
"I'm starting to get concerned seeing as I placed this order two weeks ago and I had to get in touch with you for an update! I ordered these items a month in advance to give them as christmas gifts and at the rate things are progressing that is not going to happen. I don't want another general, blanket email telling me to check out FAQ for any questions I may have. You took the money two weeks ago. I need to hear back from someone with dates including the date my order was processed and the date that it was shipped or will be."
This email apparently upset them to the point of cancellation. The email I received back says that my money has been refunded... it hasn't.

I have bought 3 pairs of leggings so far and each and every one are my favorite. The different designs they all have are just so irresistibly cute and they are all made out of really good material. This is my favorite legging store and they are worth the prices. Every time I wear them, It never fails for people to comment how much they like them and to ask where I got them from. The website design is a bit funky but once you find your way around you see a bunch of great leggings. There is usually some sort sale going on. Sizes are fairly true to US sizing, though you need to go a size up in athletic leggings if you have bigger hips and thighs. Unfortunately I do not recall seeing an option to track your package and it took awhile to arrive to me.

I wrote a review the other day that got the same response as other negative reviews and then I even messaged the replier about my problem, but have gotten no response. I guess they'll only reply to you if it's in public so the customer support team looks like they're actually doing something. I have made four attempts to contact the. This is completely ridiculous. I placed my order on November 23 and it's saying that it's still in China. I just want my money back and I want everyone to know how terrible this company is and how awful their customer service is

I'm not a big person. I weigh 112lbs. The first time I wore the the seams ripped out. I can't get anyone to answer my emails so I can return them. It's just a waste. Other people really like them so maybe I just got a bad pair. Really I'm just not happy with this company. Customer service sucks.

First order I made came in quick so I was pleased, but its bad enough I had to order a 3XL, based on reviews to go up two sizes, when I usually wear an XL, and then they are still snug. Makes you self conscious really. One of the leggings, the thin stretchy material, had holes in the crotch area. But the second pair, a softer cotton like material, fit better and are great. So I did order two more solid colors like it but haven't received them yet...
So let's hope they come in, but will be the last I order.

They're the greatest leggings I've ever bought. They fit just right they work for anybody, shape or size and they're very comfortable. They also don't get loose after you've had them on for a couple hours, they are stretchy and hug your shape ( always stays in place never sag) lotus legging has the biggest most creative design legging I've ever seen! Overall I rate lotus leggings Aa++++++ 100% I would recommend them to my friends and family!

Im very excited to recieve my leggings. I hope they are worth the wait. I love the pattern. I received a response quickly but still have no tracking number. I guess thats standard after reading the reviews. I will be patient.
I saw an ad on Instagram for these leggings and loved them right away! I got them during a flash sale so pretty cheap! They just arrived today and I never want to take these off! Love the print and how stretchy they are! I'm 5'7 and 130 pounds and got a small. Was afraid they wouldn't fit, but they stretch very nicely!
Only bummer was the shipping of the item. Took a couple of weeks for them to finally get here. No tracking number is really given so you're kind of just left wondering.
But that's all that stops it from get 5 stars!

I was charged for leggings that never got shipped. Sent out multiple emails to customer service but never heard back. Private messaged them on Facebook but they would just open my message and not respond. They delete every negative post made about them on there social media page. Bought the wrong size but they stretched without looking sheer and I absolutely love them. I have all the enchanted forest and galaxy print leggings and love them to bits. I also have clockwork, mech, a moon landscape one and sunset as well a few sports ones too. They're great!
