Last year Lotus leggings was having a giant sale, which showed up as an ad on Facebook. I took the bait and made my way over to their website. They have super cute clothes, so a friend and I decided to order a few things.
My entire order showed up with no problem, and everything (including sizing) was as described. My friend's order, however, was missing an item (which she was charged for), and one of the items she ordered and received was lacking a tag and was about three sizes too large on her. (She ordered two dresses in the same style and size. One fit; one didn't.)
After contacting the company twice, my friend resolved her situation by taking refunds for the incorrectly sized item and the item she never received.
A couple months ago, I decided to order a few more items. It took nearly a month for the order to show up, and when it finally did, one of the three items I had ordered -- a plain black racer-back skater dress -- wasn't in the box. Instead, they sent me a completely different one -- a bodycon dress with long sleeves. It was tight, see-through and totally not my style.
I emailed the company to ask how I could go about getting the dress I actually purchased. They told me I'd have to pay ($35 since they're located in China, plus a $5 restocking fee) to send the dress back, and they'd send me the correct one (which cost $17.99). I'm no math wiz, but that made zero sense to me, given that it was their mistake. (I have an order confirmation showing a photo of the dress I ordered, so I know it wasn't a goof on my end.)
I replied, telling them I wasn't going to pay for shipping and asking them for a prepaid label or a refund. I never received a response. I emailed them one final time about three weeks later and told them I'd be filing a dispute with my credit card company if I didn't hear from them. Still no reply. The dispute was filed, and I got my money back for that part of my order. (I know $17.99 isn't a lot, but it's the principle of it.)
Bottom line: Lotus Leggings is hit or miss, but I personally won't ever order from them again. God help you if there's a mistake with your order or if you don't like or want to return/exchange something.
Never have I been so disappointed in a company. I ordered leggings that I was excited about, paid for them, and never got an order confirmation but assumed it was okay. Weeks later not receiving anything, I contacted the company numerous times by email and Facebook messenger. First they would deny an order existed even though I provided payment and contact information. Then when I gave them the code to ask for my money back, they stopped replying all together.
Don't buy from this company. It is a fraud, they reply that you are getting your stuff, it got lost in the mail, every excuse, I ask for a tracking # and they give me a bogus #. Totally pissed!
While I did receive my leggings in a timely fashion, I was extremely disappointed in the quality. I did love the prints/patterns but if the quality of the leggings are crappy & cheap, then they're not worth having...

This company is a fraud. Do not buy anything. I paid for two pants and they never sent me. They do not respond to emails and blocked me on facebook to stop alerting people.
I am so disappointed. I ordered 3 Leggings and a skirt - 4 (!) months ago! And still dont have anything! I wrote up to 100 mails without even getting ONE PERSONAL message! Just the automatic crab, that always tells me the same: that my package got delivered in the end of january. But it is NOT DELIVERED TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS, like i told you 100 times. And I cant contact USPS as a non-US-citizen cause i need to enter a ZIP code.
I am so angry about all this, was really looking forward to the first clothes I bought since over a year!

I must say, I didn't review the website before purchasing my order of 4 items. Lotus Leggings informs you that your shipment can take up to 25 business days. When I first ordered, I received a confirmation email, but wasn't given a tracking number. After waiting 2 weeks from my order date, and still not receiving a tracking number, I wrote to Lotus via their message board on their website. Within 40 minutes of my message, Lotus Legging responded and gave me my tracking number. I immediately tried the tracking number and it didn't work. I became worried, which lead me to searching for reviews. I was taken back by how many negative things there were to say about the company. It made me even more worried. Had I just wasted $70? With my concern, I politely wrote Lotus Leggings again, via their message board on their website. I found that writing a new message through their website was way more effective than replying through a passed email. They responded the next day assuring me that my order was being shipped out. Shortly after that, I checked the tracking number again, and it worked! ALL OF THEIR ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM CHINA! This is the sole reason the shipments take a long time. The order was shipped via USPS First-Class Priority. Today, is the 19 business day, since ordering the items, and they have all arrived, together. They are the correct sizes and items. I tried them all on and OMG! I love the material and flow of the fabric. I can't wait to wear them all this coming week at Disneyland!
With my story, I felt the need to share a positive outcome. I understand the passed issues many people have had with the company. & I would recommend buying from Lotus Leggings with caution. I also have a friend from Florida who has bought from them in the passed, and her order took a little over 25 business days. In my opinion, the shipment timeline varies depending on where you live, because it is flying in a plane from Eastern China.

I ordered my leggings. Patiently waited for a month. Then I sent an email. They replied and assured they were on there way. 3 weeks later. Never came. I did get my money back so I guess that's the only positive.
I did not even want to submit one star for this company. I spent $180 after US exchange even though these were sent from China! The quality is dollar store... super sheer cheap crap. I want a full refund. Thses are not what they appear to be on website. Not worth a penny. I have tried to contact them on website for return address and they are not responding... after reading many reviews I am sad to acknowledge that I've been had by this bogus company... at least I did receive leggings after a month ofor waiting, as it seems many people did not receive anything! I'm filing a formal complaint and calling my credit card company to report fraud.
It took two months to get my leggings. Not only that but they're awful! Thin material, a small was WAY too tight in me even though that's my normal size, obviously very cheap even though I spent a lot of money on these. Don't waste your money or time!
I ordered from them on December 7th. When my order didn't arrive by late january, I contacted them to ask for its whereabouts. They then informed me it was stuck in transit and it could be reshipped. Now when I ask for the tracking info, they don't respond anymore. I even contacted them on facebook and they blocked me! Does anybody know what stept I can take further?

Ordered on the 05th Dec 2016. One month went by and nothing. I contacted them and they told me there was a problem with the shipping so they promised to reship my order. Again, one month more and nothing. I emailed them, PM on IG and Messenger. They replied on Messenger and told me the same story: there was a problem with shipping and offered to reship again. I asked for a refund. They promised the money will be in my account in 48 hours. This was on the 15th Feb! It's 06th March 2017 and still waiting for my money back. They are ignoring my emails, messages and even deleting my post on FB in addition to other people's post regarding the same issues.
Came in a bin bag from china -they are exactly the same as ones you can buy for £4 on ebay. Took about a month to come -obviously as they were coming from china, but the website implied they were an American company.

The Returns address they gave me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background, lol. Don't bother trying to exchange or return any leggings. It's simply not going to happen. And every time you write to Lotus Leggings, it's a different person responding, as if they have a hundred employees, lol. I don't buy that for a second. The product looks good, but I have to say, the leggings look different to the website, and the material starts falling apart after about a week of normal use.
