I got my leggings 1 or 2 weeks ago. I love the design. Though I got a size small since it's my usual size but their small is a bit tight for me. But I can still use it so all is well.
The first time I ordered, I got them in 3 weeks. I loved their products so I ordered again. This time it took a month. Hoping the next time I'll order it will not take longer because I'm really loving their products.
Very disappointed with this company it takes over a month to get your items! Because they get your items from China! The products aren't even here in the US! And no where does it say that it will take that long to recieve your items until after you've paid and you contact customer service because it's been 3 weeks and you still haven't received your items. Their customer service is a joke! I will never order from them ever again and if I finally receive my order I doubt I could get a refund because I'd have to send it back to China!
It doesn't matter what quality they end up being or what price you paid... at the end of the day you won't get them anytime soon. I ordered 6 pair a month and a half ago... I have repeatedly contacted customer service and only received generic responses. When I demanded my $ back I was then finally given a tracking number only to then find out that those leggings are still be "processed" in CHINA. It is now 6 or 7 weeks since they got my money, I have no updates on my tracking number, still in CHINA, and I can't get my money back. Will never buy from them again.
I ordered my products the 3rd of December 2016, after 3 weeks I still haven't received or heard anything from Lotus leggings I then sent them an email. No one answered my email. I sent them another email and the same thing happend again, no response. I was going to leave the country the 3rd of January so after that I no longer would have any use for my products. I sent them more and more emails and the first response I had was the 5th of February! And they answered that they haven't even shipped my products, after 2 MONTHS they haven't even shipped my products. I then tried to get my money back but now the 21th of march I still haven't received my money.
So do yourself a BIG favour and stay as far away from this company as you can!
The only problem I had was with the shipping time. I got my orders after over 30 days. I really wish they would ship faster because I'm really loving their leggings.
My wife ordered leggings more than 3 months ago and even after contacting them multiple times has not received her leggings or a refund. This company is scandalous!
I also thought I was going to lose out on money based on so many negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised!
In under four weeks, I received my order. I remember seeing an email about my ordering being dispatched about two weeks after ordering, and I figured they'd arrive in a month after that. They actually arrived today which was less than two weeks after that email.
As for the quality, you get what you pay for I guess. I couldn't resist the pineapple print leggings but they don't look as vibrant as advertised online. The fabric print quality isn't great but again, I think I paid 30 AUD a piece including postage? The sizing does seem to be off. Both M but one seems bigger. I'll use them for yoga so not too fussed. I guess we'll see about quality after a wear and wash but so far, happy that they arrived!
I thought after reading a ton of bad reviews that I would be jipped out of money or ending up with terrible leggings but let me say that they are perfect! I love them. I ordered on the first week of March and I recieved them yesterday. Great fit and designs!
This company has absolutely no consistency in size or quality.
I signed up for the subscription and have been trying to cancel for 5 months now. The website says I cancelled, but I am still being billed.
They do not reply to any attempts to contact them.
I am going to report them to my credit card as fraudulent. For those of you out there who are looking at the subscription, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Took about 4 weeks to arrive from China. When they did arrive, I found they were way too tight. Poor quality and just dissatisfied.
I ordered a few items from their impressive catalogue. I can only say that as a "newbie" to orderning things online, I owe them a fraction of gratitude because now I WILL RESEARCH THE $#*! OUT OF ANYTHING ON FACEBOOK!. They did message me with a shipment tracking number but it goes nowhere. If LOTUSLEGGINGS is listening please redeem yourselves and honour the order I made with you. It was a birthday gift and now an entire month and a half has gone by and still SWEET F*** ALL.
I wish that I'd researched this company before I ordered $193 worth of their merchandise. Basically, to cut a long story short, I doubt that this company actually exists! I also got pulled in by an advert on FB as well as a "FLASH SALE". The photos look stunning, but after placing my order almost six weeks ago, and after dealing with multiple implausible excuses which eventually petered out, to the point where there is NO response to emails or messages sent on FB messenger, I have realised that it is all a big scam. Beware of this company. DO NOT GET PULLED IN BY THE FANCY ADVERTISING - THEY ARE CRIMINALS! I have lodged a dispute with my bank, but in the meantime will be disseminating my experience as widely as possible via social media so that others don't get suckered by these idiots.

I order three pairs of leggings & a bikini (which btw... what the heck is 'free size'?). It took a while to get my order, but when I saw it was being shipped from China, I didn't lose hope. Then I received my order within three weeks, but I opened it & there was no packing slip & the most expensive item was missing! I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company to refund at least what I didn't get. Also the material & the stitching on the one pair of leggings I have tried on are comparable to a simple elastic band pattern from any craft store. You are only paying for the print & you can do that yourself at a craft store locally. There is no phone number to contact them & Ive emailed them over 4-5x in the past month. I received two emails saying someone would contact me & that is it! They are scamming people & Im tired of seeing people put their ad on Facebook

Ordered my leggings early December, after having waited few months
I wrote to custom service and received as answers just excuses (problems because too many order, then my order was stocked in border. I asked a refund few times but didn't received the money back)...
BUT this week ( 15 May! So 5 months after my order!) I received my order. The quality isn't so good (I don't think I will trust use them for sport :P and the material is quite thin) and the size run small (I ordered 2 Large, one is ok, the other pair is quite small), but at least I didnt' loose my money.

Lotus leggings are nothing but thieves. No leggings. I paid my money and got no leggings. Its been 1 year and a half since I ordered mine. They just take your money and nothing. Do Not Buy From This Site! Their frauds!

I reached out to them as my leggings took a bit longer to ship than I expected and had immediate response from customer service and then quick follow up after that. They promptly shipped and arrived yesterday and the fit and look is amazing. I can't wait to wear them to my running club workout tonight! :)

I have ordered from Lotus with no problems once before, but my order placed before Christmas has yet to arrive, 4 months later. I've emailed and emailed and been given pretty ridiculous excuses. They said, "After researching, we hate to inform you that your order was not processed due to security reasons with submission of your payment, in turn creating a delay." There was no delay, they took the payment just fine in December! I am so disappointed, I loved my first order and told everybody who complimented my leggings about them. I won't be ordering from them again.

The Returns address they gave me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background, lol. Don't bother trying to exchange or return any leggings. It's simply not going to happen. And every time you write to Lotus Leggings, it's a different person responding, as if they have a hundred employees, lol. I don't buy that for a second. The product looks good, but I have to say, the leggings look different to the website, and the material starts falling apart after about a week of normal use.
