These leggings are really expensive and are terrible dollar store quality. The "box set" of clothes is really just three pairs of $#*!ty leggings. Biggest waste of money ever.
After paying for expedited shipping, my order still took 3 weeks to arrive.
I have ordered from China before, and it always takes 3 weeks so, i basically paid for nothing.
I got my order yesterday and a skirt i ordered did not come.
I do see they charged my credit card for it therefore they stole money from me.

So there I was a month before christmas(yes before christmas!) making a list of present ideas for my boyfriend... and I must say the "were all mad here" and the skeleton leggings were very very high on my must have list. I accidentally opened the computer December 19th to the wonderful surprise email (that I shouldnt have seen) that my leggings from LotusLeggings had shipped! I was beyond stoked and was anxiously waiting for Christmas day to come so I could see my prized new leggings :D. Welp Christmas day came and went with no sign of the leggings, i was heart broken seeing as I live in Florida and there is a very short span on when you can wear leggings which was almost over. I contact customer support about 6 times from Christmas Day all the way up until about a week ago and never got a response. But almost 3 months later I finally get a response and its the last thing I expected. I was informed that a mistake was made on their end and that I could wait another 2 weeks and receive my order or cancel it and get it refunded. I was outraged by the lack of consideration on their end, and the worst part about it all, is now almost four months after I placed my order I still have yet to receive my order, a refund, nor a response.

Placed two orders in early January, received email confirmation that they were being shipped - nothing. I contacted customer service and got nothing back for weeks then got ANOTHER email saying that one of the orders had shipped - nothing. It is now almost April and I have received neither one of the orders. This is a complete scam.

I ordered 4 pairs from Lotus Leggings and received 3 that I ordered and 1 that I didn't order. I emailed Lotus Leggings with a photo attached. They responded within a day and arranged for my missing pair to be sent. I received it within 30 days. I am happy with my leggings and with the way my problem was handled.

One fit, one was way to big, one was way to small...
All were extremely cheaply made... sending them back was just not worth the hassle, with the shipping costs and their re stock fee...

Placed an order on Jan 17th 2017. Feb 17th sent an email asking where were my leggings... got sent to the Frequently Asked Questions section of their website where it states 2-4 weeks for delivery... Hello... a month later is 4 weeks... sent another email yesterday on March 27,2017 email came back undeliverable. Got blocked on facebook... and still NO leggings or refund. I have turned this company in to any and every place I can. I hate to see people taken advantage of so I hope this helps someone from experiencing the frustration I have.

I bought 2 pairs which took a month and a half to arrive. The first pair were bad quality but fine. The second pair which are the same size split at the crotch as soon as I put them on. When I checked I saw the stitching all along the crotch was terrible. I emailed them and they told me I can't return or exchange them because "they've been worn or washed". I put them on and they rip... that is not wearing them, that's trying them. Like in a shop, in a changing room.
I did an order on November 30th, was being very patient while waiting for my order to arrive. After couple of months I sent them an email asking why I haven't received my order yet. I received an answer: "We duly apologize to you for the delay in delivery of the products you ordered with us. Due to the recent holiday rush and an overwhelming large number of orders recently, this inconvenience has been caused to you". I stayed patient for next month, sent them another email. And received the exact same message (brutal!). After waiting another month, third email was sent to them. And I received an email, that apparently they are experiencing "shipment issues in your area." I live in Guernsey, Channel Islands, UK. Before ordering, I checked, that there are no exceptions for shipping areas, but they are telling me, that they don't do shipments to this area.
Hopefully I can get my refund.
This company is a scam! I never got my items (ordered at December 30th!), when I asked for a reshipment the company ignored my request. But even worse- when I asked for a refund the company ignored my mails and blocked me from instagram and facebook! Worse costumer service ever! THEY ARE THIEVES! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAN DOESN'T GIVE A SH*T ABOUT YOU! Report their page on facebook! They shouldn't advertise there! (or anywhere). You better buy your items from Aliexpress, anyway its from china.
I ordered my leggings on the 13th of January and I received them on March 9th.
It look such a looooong time, but I received everything that I´ve ordered.
The leggins are beautiful and they fit perfectly.

In my opinion, the main problem of LotusLegging is the lack of information.
Delivery time must be declared before costumer close the order.
It will save a lot of problems to company and the costumers.
Ordered leggings on 31 January - by the start of March, nothing had arrived so I chased the order up. I was told the order was mistakenly routed to their warehouse rather than my delivery address and that they would be resent along with a gift. I requested a refund instead and was told this had been issued however I didn't receive any refund in my account. I have since chased up several times and now none of my emails are being responded to. THIS IS A BLATANT SCAM. BEWARE!

I recently got a pair of leggins from this online platform and I am very happy: the size oft he cloth is according (althought I did not try previously it fits perfectly) and the cloth texture is very confortable to practice sports. I would say the delivery takes quite a long time, because it comes from China and I believe they had to pay a lot of taxes.
WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have now "lost" my order for the 3rd time, have failed to notify me on their own. Almost 4 months later and they have lost my order again... no refund, nothing but a form letter "apology" for the inconvenience.

Emailing their customer service has proved useless, as they just keep sharing the tracking information though I have said multiple times now that I'm not looking to track the package, that I want a refund since clearly it's never going to arrive. Additionally, they keep quoting the delivering estimation times, though all of this is now outside of those windows/has taken longer. It's clear they aren't reading my emails at all and do not care in the slightest about providing any service. I strongly recommend you don't buy anything from them unless you can wait indefinitely on the offchance that one day it will arrive.

The Returns address they gave me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background, lol. Don't bother trying to exchange or return any leggings. It's simply not going to happen. And every time you write to Lotus Leggings, it's a different person responding, as if they have a hundred employees, lol. I don't buy that for a second. The product looks good, but I have to say, the leggings look different to the website, and the material starts falling apart after about a week of normal use.
