I ordered $62 worth of leggings in November, hoping they might arrive before Christmas but not surprised when they didn't. The money was taken out of my account immediately, and I received one email with order information. Then for months, just lots and lots of advertisements. After two months had passed, I contacted them and was told it would be two more weeks. After three more weeks passed I emailed again and was told they had misplaced my order and I could either wait another two weeks for them to fill it or I could get a refund. I opted to allow them to fill the order. A month later, still no leggings. I emailed again and told them to forget the order and give me a refund. They replied saying to expect a refund in 5 days. That was March 14. On April 2 I emailed them again because NO REFUND YET. They claimed "bank delays" had held up the refund and said "Be assured your refund will be issued to you soon." This is April 11. I emailed two days ago and got no response back. This has been a horrible experience, with terrible customer service and I would not suggest ANYONE deal with this company.
I contacted the BBB and posted many of these reviews, and Lotus Leggings DID finally refund my $.

Got them pretty quickly! Great styles to choose from and pretty nice quality. The solid black were a bit see through when bent down but just wear a long shirt and it's all good! Will buy again!

Omg I love Lotus Leggings! As a preschool teacher, mom of 4, a yogi, and a legging addict I'm always looking for low priced high quality fun leggings. Lotus is my new favorite site to shop on! I even signed up for the monthly crates. Bet part is the tracking information is to the minute! I always know exactly when I'm getting my package or where it is once I get my tracking number.
This was my first order with Lotus Leggings and I was excited about the value of their product since I workout all the time and need athletic leggings. I was concerned about the ship timing and expected it to be here faster. When I contacted Lotus Leggings to inquire about my order I received an email back immediately with tracking information. There was an issue with my order and I was ready to cancel. Then they offered me a free pair of leggings as a gesture of excellence customer service and I will remain a customer because they did what was needed to retain me as a valued customer.
Just adding another crap review of this place. Order placed Dec 16 2016 as of April 4 2017, still no tracking, no package, and no correspondence unless I contact them. I contacted them 2 months into the order, they said be patient. 3 months in, I contact again and they say "lost in transit" which seems to be what all the other reviews have said too... they say they will send replacement. 4 months in, no tracking order, no further details, no package. I will be asking for my refund today and turning it over to my credit card company to fight with them if I don't see it soon.
Soo nobody ever order from Lotus Leggings. Not only did it take them 3 weeks to even confirm/mail my order in the first place, their customer service is appaling. I sent the leggings back to exchange for smaller sizes. After emailing to confirm where exactly my returns were 3 weeks after i mailed them back, they couldnt tell me where it was and sent me wrong tracking info. I finally got annoyed enough for waiting almost 2 MONTHs for this order that I asked for a full refund. Oh but I'm not getting all my money back no, charged for shipping both ways PLUS a $5 per item restocking fee. So I spent $70 on leggings I will NEVER where and I'm only getting $38 back. What a crock...
I normally order from the Online Legging store but thought I'd try this company. HUGE mistake! After 3 months I got my leggings and they were awful. Seriously will stick with online legging store. Better prices and awesome customer service. Lotus sucks!
This company is the worst! I subscribed for 6 months of monthly leggings. When the first pair came they didn't fit so I tried to contact customer service and change the size of my subscription. I was told I had to cancel the first one and sign up again. So I did. I was charged the 6 month fee again! And 3 no the later I have yet to receive anything but 1 pair of the wrong size. Crooks.
I ordered 2 pairs of awesome looking leggings and is so looking forward to try them on. My order# ******* placed on Dec. 18th, 2016 is still stuck in transit. Emails after canned emails, finally the respondent is making sense and promised to issue refund and then nothing ever happened. So I started emailing all over again. And this time the respondent promised to issue me refund, after your company receive my return. Well, I really wish I have receive the leggings in the first place. I am feeling very frustrated. Credit card charged 105 days ago. Is there any police out there would do something for me? I wish your company good luck!
I received my order two months after placing it... and my leggings were the wrong size! I am currently awaiting replacements, who knows how long. The quality isn't terrible, but the service is crap, per usual with ordering overseas.
It has been two months, I got an untraceable tracking number - after a month, USPS still does not recognizes it, so I believe it is totally fake - and I have yet to receive my leggings. I have complained only to get canned responses. I want my money back. This company is a scam.
I thought that since this brand seemed pretty popular I would give them a shot, but I wish I would have checked the reviews because I am in agreement that this company and these leggings are extremely overpriced for the poor quality.
I am currently wearing the 2 guns leggings for the 1st time and the print of the AR on the right leg is already peeling off, after being worn for 8 hours.
Another odd thing is that I bought camo ones and there are no tags on the leggings. You wouldn't think this is a big deal, but having an athletic build, it's kind of important to know which side my butt is supposed to be on and is consistently on.
They're designs are cute, but definitely not worth it. I will never buy another pair of these leggings.

For example, any negative comment will not be approved EVER. The company accepts direct credit card payments via their website, so no third party is involved, e.g. PayPal or eBay, etc. This is what allows them to evade responsibility and keep everyone's money if orders go wrong - offer no exchanges or refunds. The Returns address they gave me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background, lol. Don't bother trying to exchange or return any leggings. It's simply not going to happen. And every time you write to Lotus Leggings, it's a different person responding, as if they have a hundred employees, lol. I don't buy that for a second. The product looks good, but I have to say, the leggings look different to the website, and the material starts falling apart after about a week of normal use.
