I ordered 3 pair. One was the subscription and those fit perfectly.
The other two I chose had problems. One had a hole in the crotch. The other pair were small.
I emailed them about both issues and was told I could pick out another pair of leggings for the ones with the hole. I replied with a pair and never heard anything back.
I emailed them about the small pair and decided to send them back 2 days after receiving them.
I waited for an email and finally got an email stating I can't exchange them because it's past the 7 days? I sent them another email today hoping to get this figured out as I am very angry.
Do not buy from them!

I stupidly decided to sign up for the Lotus Crate Box subscription. I immediately canceled online through their "costumer portal" as instructed to after reading their "return and cancellation policy". I removed my credit card info etc HOWEVER it was too LATE because they had already billed my card for the entire 12 months up front instead of a monthly payment. I've tried contacting them by email numerous times with ZERO response. I am beyond frustrated. They sent me 1 pair of leggings that have COST me $168! And I will NEVER deal with a business that does not have a phone number for customer service. I have no idea if my emails have ever been read, I assume not because of the complete lack of service or response. Plus Lotus Leggings has a "F" rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) because of so many complaints just like mine. This company is a SCAM.

I ordered leggings Feb first 2017 I got one really badly sewed skirt. I ordered 3 things. They sent me one. When I asked where my other items were they told me they shipped them all. After a few more E-mails they told me that the shipped them to one of their warehouses. Then I was told that they would ship them to me. I waited for a week or so and e-mailed back. I was then told they were on a boat... I waited more... I was then told they would ship them and as soon as they did I would get a confo number. I waited more. E-mail them and told them I wanted my money back. I was asked to be patient. I waited more. I then firmly asked for my money back. I was told my items shipped. I waited more. I e-mailed back and was told I would get a confo number as soon as they shipped my items... I was told they had already shipped. I then called my bank My bank is going to refund all my money. That happened today. Today is the 4/18/2017. This started Feb 11 2017. I got another e-mail today telling me they can not refund me because it is to late. My items are being preped for shipping... LIES! SCAM! Thank god for my bank!

I ordered eight pairs got them roughly 50 days later. I ordered their VIP subscription to get a pair once a month. They send you the $8.99 pairs. Very disappointed. I canceled it, and they won't refund any money. I have made 22 attempts through their email customer service. They keep sending me responses of sizing chart implying I ordered the wrong size, or the address to return leggings. I just want money back. $126 is unfair for two pairs of leggings that they offer $8.99 apiece. I have a feeling I will never receive any credit. It's like they don't understand English. Run around after run around. Buy from *. Not only will you get them quicker, they will be a whole lot cheaper in price, not quality. I wish I would have read this site first before ordering. More one star ratings than any other rating

I first came across "Lotus Leggings" on my Facebook wall as a couple of "fitness friends" had liked their page. Their funky designs caught my eye straight away and one pair in particular got my attention- the "Alice" leggings. I decided to check out the sizing chart and make my purchase. At first, I was unsure on the sizing so contacted the company. I was impressed with their almost immediate and friendly repose which only gave me more confidence to order. (I must note that this was the first time I'd ever ordered anything from a Facebook link). I ordered the leggings on April 4th and they arrived just over a week later. (I live in the U. K. And the company is based in the USA).
As soon as I put the leggings on, I fell in love. They fitted like a glove! I know that is cliched, but it's a fact. In fact I kept them on all evening! The design is crazy and I love it! I recommend these to anyone who wishes to brighten up their sports wear.
