I was a little apprehensive about this company, especially because of previous review and it's one of those adverts you often see on Facebook. However the choice of leggings are beautiful and I couldn't resist. When I found out the delivery time was going to take weeks, I was a little disappointed. However, they arrived way before the expected delivery time which I was very happy about.
The actual fit of the leggings are good but I haven't tried running in them yet. I'd probably just stick with yoga or lounging around in them. The material feels a little cheap. Ones that I'd expect from Primark. But as mentioned previously, the designs are gorgeous.
I did not have contact with customer service so I can't comment about this.

My experience with this company has been a positive one. I purchased 3 pairs of leggings just after the holidays (January) and received 2 of the 3 pairs with 10 business days. Unfortunately, my 3rd pair got lost in the mail. I contacted the customer service department and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They mentioned it was an honest mistake and offered to either rembourse me the amount of the leggings or reship the pair that went missing. I loved the first 2 pairs so I asked that they be reshipped. My leggings arrived in just over one week - and they are perfect.
Good customer service and great communications department. Thank you Lotus Leggings I will definitely be buying more leggings.

I was really excited to get my Harley Quinn leggings! I loved the selection and the size of the ones I got are perfect, but they're see through! Even when I'm just standing normally, you can see my underwear! The website said they're "squat tested" which I assumed meant they wouldn't show underwear even if you were squatting, but mine show my underwear even if I am standing normally. I guess I can wear a longer shirt with them, but I would prefer to not have to.

My experience with this company has been a positive one. Before I purchased I did not read any previous reviews. I had paid for quite a large order. I started getting worried because once my order had been paid for I read that some orders were not arriving to homes. My experience with Lotus Leggings was not at all like what I was reading. Their communication on their Facebook page was very helpful and prompt, and my leggings arrived in just over one week! The only reason as to why I have not marked Lotus Leggings as a 5-star is because two of the pairs don't fit even though they are the same size as all of the others that have been ordered.

LotusLeggings is an up and coming company that has a lot to offer and a lot to still discover and improve on also. I received a gift card for christmas and after reading reviews and taking my measurements I ended up with 5 pair of leggings that were too big for me AND I had to pay for them because the gift card instructions weren't clear enough on how to redeem. I emailed LotusLeggings about the mixup and received only one generic response which said someone would respond to me soon. After about a week or so and a few more unanswered emails from me, I just decided to gift those (fortunately I know someone in that size who I like enough to give $60 dollars of leggings to) and try again with my measurements and getting the gift card to load. My second order has finally arrived after about 2 weeks. It could have been sooner, as I observed when watching the tracking that it literally spent a week bouncing around the suburbs of Los Angeles.
These are so far looking like very comfortable sturdy leggings and I love the beautiful designs. The original order is also fitting my friend well and holding up to wear and washing so far. At this point I am recommending this site to friends with the instruction to be careful on measurements and expect them to take awhile. As for customer service, I'm hoping that LotusLeggings has more luck in the future with efforts in this department as that seems to be their main area of improvement needed.

A little over a year ago, I ordered some leggings from Lotus Leggings and fell in love with them! I wear them all the time and they've never lost color or elasticity. Recently, I decided to buy some new leggings. I first ordered from Online Leggings Store, but they were way too short for me (even though I'm not super tall - 5'7). Returned those and ordered from Lotus, and even though the shipping takes a while, the leggings are gorgeous and fit perfectly!

I've always been a fan of the fun, edgy designs and the comfortable durability of the leggings I buy from Lotusleggings.com. Their sizing and materials are consistent so I always know the clothing I order will be good quality and it will fit me the way I expect it to. The leggings are SO COMFORTABLE that my BOYFRIEND is now borrowing them to wear around the house. I don't imagine it will be very long before he starts wearing them EVERYWHERE! (he has killer legs, and they look fantastic on him btw);)
The customer service is awesome and they have gone above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. Highly recommend Lotus leggings to everyone.
