The flyer they made for me to find Joey was perfect, we put it up in the area he was last seen and 2 1/2 days later we found him. Thank you Lostmydoggie.com!
This pretty much explains our rewarding experience of using "LostMyDoggie.com". An amazing resource when you have lost a loving pet!
To all of you at "Lostmydoggie.com"~
Our heartfelt gratitude to "LostMyDoggie.com" for providing such an amazing service that helped us reunite with our lost dog, Skippy. What an incredible service you provide! Our elderly dog Skippy went missing in Costa Mesa late evening 7/3. We were frantic on July 4th because all Animal Rescue and Animal Care Facilities were closed in observance of the holiday. However, we were able to sign up for your service on the morning of 7/4/13. For anyone that has lost a pet, it can be the longest night of your life! On the morning of 7/5 we received a call from a local Vet in the area that recognized Skippy from a fax and photo that was electronically sent out by your servicere! We are grateful to whomever picked him up and overwhelmed with gratitude for the Vet that took such great loving care of Skippy and provided a safe place for him to stay. Skippy was originally a Rescue Dog that we have had with us for 12 years. He is partially blind and partially deaf. However, he is the most loving dog EVER! (He is so human-like with his emotions!) We have and will continue to share our story of how we were reunited with Skippy and will also continue to recommend your service to everyone! Tears of joy are flowing and our hearts and home is once again filled with love and our sweet Skippy! Thank you and God Bless you all for creating such an incredible service! Blessings to all of you~ Jorge & Theresa
Lostmydoggie.com helped in locating my dog. The flyer they produced helped locate the dog and the site itself was useful in forwarding the message to all my friends on Facebook to see and share.
Thanks Again

Thank you LostMyDoggie.com in helping us find Indy. He was rescued by a good Samaritan and we were quickly reunited because she had a veterinarian friend who had a copy of your notice.
Highly recommended.
I found a small white poodle in my neighborhood and I knew she had an owner as she was freshly groomed and still smelled good. I took her to the shelter who scanned for a microchip but they didn't find one. Being an animal lover, I couldn't leave her at the shelter as I feared they might put her down. I came across lostmydoggie.com in someone's Craigslist post saying they used it to find their dog and were grateful for the service. So I figured it would be worth a shot.
I posted the 'found' ad at 11:00 am and received a call at 11:27 am from the poodle's owner who happened to be taking her other dogs to the vet and saw the flyer that the Receptionist had literally just posted on the wall. It was meant to be. If that's not an amazing story, I don't know what is.
Thank you, lostmydoggie.com, for an amazing service that really works!
You guys are awesome! I signed up for the 500 phone call package and it was a complete hit! Between those calls and the 300 flyers that we posted, Nelli was found and she is now back home safe and sound where she belongs! Thank you! It also scared the heck out of the creep(s) who had her for 5 days!
Our house cat, 13-year-old Cheddar, went missing on June 15th while we were out-of-town and we had relatives staying at our house to pet sit our 2 cats and 3 dogs. Needless to say, that didn't turn out well. I remembered reading about lost pet services and I did a Google search and found lost my kitty.com.
The staff were so kind and responsive. Within a few minutes we had a telephone alert out and posters printed up. They also sent alerts to pet related businesses and vets in our area.
This morning, June 24, we received a text that someone had our cat. They weren't home when we retrieved him, dirty and a few pounds lighter so we don't know the details of how he was found but the number they used was the one listed on our poster.
I believe that the phone message, coupled with the posters were the keys to us getting Cheddar back. He is currently in his favorite spot under the bed where he can see down the hall and into my office. Our Australian Shepherd, Sully, is posted up at the foot of the bed. He hasn't let the cat out of his sight in the three hours he's been back!
Thank you, again, lostmykitty.com for all your help, information and kindness during this stressful time.
Best lesson: DON'T GIVE UP! Cats are smart and resourceful

P.S. I have since spoken with the people who found Cheddar and it was the voice alert that sparked a memory in his rescuer of maybe having seen our cat around their house. When she was at the grocery store she saw the poster with the photo and when she got home, a dirty, forlorn cat was sitting on her front porch! She recognized him from the photo on the poster. She had to leave but she left him in an enclosed area where he was safe and left text instructions telling me where he could be picked up.
We lost our Bengal cat on the first night of us living in our new home. My children were devastated and after days of non stop searching with the help of neighbors, I came across this website service and gave it a try. Over a thousand of my neighbors were notified by phone along with local animal shelters and veterinarians. After being lost for 10 days we got a call from neighbors near our old house that had received the alert and remembered the description and called. We couldn't believe that we got our little friend back! The reunion with my children was priceless. Thank you again.
I thankfully ended up finding my kitty hiding in the basement! But while she was missing, I found a wonderful resource in Lost My Doggie! I especially loved that I was able to download a photo and print "missing" flyers. I had done all of this and had them ready to go when she reappeared! If, Heaven forbid, anything like this ever happens again, I'll know right where to go!
Lost my doggie website generated a flyer within seconds, and I was able to print it and distribute it at the neighborhood on the very next day. It was a great tool to get a tip that led me to find my dog. PS: She had been taken to the local shelter on Saturday, and they were closed on Sunday and Monday! I got my dog back on Tuesday. This story had a happy ending :)
We're just very happy to have Honey home. She was gone for 10 days. We were a wreck! It was horrible not knowing where she went. We were going to the Shelters every other day, door to door, posting ads, leaving her bedding outside, we made signs for our front yard, we posted an ad on lostmydoggie.com and they faxed/emailed our ad to a bunch of Shelters and Vet offices. And thru that free service is how we got Honey back. The family that found Honey had her for 5 days when they came across our LostMyDoggie.com flier of Honey that was faxed to a Veterinary office. We're so happy to have her back and we think she's happy to be back!
Thank you SO much! I've been telling people about your website and posting about it in blogs.
This website is the BEST tool to help bring your lost pet home.
As soon as I had posted this information, within 12 hours, I was receiving a heads up from the surrounding shelter & vet clinics that they knew my lovely dog was missing! This gave me a breath of hope. My pup was found within 24 hours. I highly recommend this service!
We found this website on google search and I filled out all the info for them to
Send the free faxes to vet/shelters. I also had them call my neighbors with a
Lost dog amber alert. (for a small fee well worth it.) They faxed out the flyers
In the morning and no more then an hour later the vet called to say they may
Have found my dog. This was the best website for lost dogs! I have been telling
Every one with and with out a lost dog about it!. Thank You so much
lostmydoggie.com.
Thanks again,
Jeanne, Macy, and family
Thank you so much to the helping hands at Lost My Doggie and to everyone out there who listened to the messages by phone! We received a call back immediately after the first batch of calls went out to the county residents were our baby was last seen. Someone recognized his picture on the web and on the phone and between the two calls we were able to locate him with the family that was holding him for us!
Our pet is also our family member, best friend, and we love him so very much. If you lost your pet I would highly recommend using this service as soon as your pet goes missing! It is an invaluable tool to get the word out and a picture to everyone in the area! We waited three days to do this and tried to post online by ourselves. One of the vets told us about this service and within Three hours our baby was home!
They can do what you can't not do in very little time! They call everyone in your area and then send out a flyer to all the vets dog stores and some local businesses. We literally had dozens of sightings by phone in the first few minutes. I know online it says it can take a few hours to post but our ad was up and online in 30 minutes and calls started going out the team at Lostmydoggie.com is awesome and they know how important it is to get the message out quickly while they can!
Good luck to you in finding your pet or helping another find theirs! If you ever need any advice on how to do this, please feel free to contact me i would be glad to give a verbal recommendation for these folks they know their business well!
Thank you so very much Lost my Doggie Team you have blessed our family!

We all know that losing a dog is like having a family member go missing. As soon as our dog "Jackson" went missing, we contacted LOSTMYDOGGIE.COM and had them put out a LOST DOG ALERT. Immediately we had several calls from people in our neighborhood and surrounding areas that had spotted a dog fitting Jackson's description. It was very re-assuring to know that others in our neighborhood were keeping an eye out for our missing family pet. The Lost Dog Alert from Lost my Doggie.com was the biggest factor in help us to find "Jackson". I wouldn't even hesitate to spend the few dollars for this valuable service, It’s worth ever penny.
Do not be fooled by these people. If you attemt to search the database by entering the search criteria the same dogs come up every time without narrowing down results to geographic area, breed, size etc. You would have to look at hundreds of thousands of dogs to even attempt finding your or someone elses pet. They obviously are posting fake favorable reviews.
Thanks to this service i found my doggy I was afraid it could be lost forever because its small and hangs out in the back yard. Service found my doggy with in 4 hours. They called me and soon i got my dear back safe ans sound:)
Thank you so much
I posted earlier asking a few questions about this site. I did find my dog, but not through any of the services they offered free or that I purchased. He was taken to a local pet hospital where he passed away. The pet hospital was on the list of ones allegedly faxed, but they said they hadn't gotten a fax.
I learned about the site through my local shelter, but they didn't recommend it necessarily, just handed me a list of websites to try.
I can't say from my experience that it was or wasn't a scam but my instinct is that it is nonsense.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this service. Our cat disappeared the day after Sandy and we utilitzed this service. The telephone calls (3000) DID go out at 6:00 PM, as well as fliers to vets and shelters, a professional flier was devloped and we printed 100's and dispersed and posted them everywhere. (I know the fliers went out to vets and shelters since we searched these facilities for weeks. I even saw it in our personal vets office who is at least 6 miles away from where the cat disappeared and I didn't put it there.) To make a long story short a gentleman called 21/2 months later saying he thought he had our cat. We went over there and it was indeed our missing cat after 21/2 months. He said he received the amber alert call and saved the contact information. (The man lived 1.2 miles from where the cat went missing.) I don't understand all the negatives posted here but I found the service fantastic and can only praise them and thank them. We never would have looked for him in the area he was found.
They will flood your email with spam regardless of whether you even have a dog. It is nothing but a scam.
Answer: They have free services and priced packages by tier. We paid $150 for their biggest package.
Answer: The pricing tier that you choose determines how many people are contacted: the higher the price, the more people are contacted. When you sign up your missing pet, you enter in the last seen address. I believe the Amber alert starts with that general area and works it's way out.
Answer: They send you email with all the people they contact.
Answer: They posted to vets, nearby businesses and so many lost pet websites. Saved me so much time and it was quick and they created fliers. They also sent me the list to prove it, which I verified some. They also were in touch with me and sent photos when a dog matched my description. I can't say enough about them... they rock!
Answer: Company emailed & called to let me know she was possible located. Gave me the finders info, I called the person who found her and we met up!
Answer: Great because we have less neighbors nearby so the area covered is greater due to starting nearby and spreading out until they contact the number requested. Populated cities will have smaller radius for same number of amber alerts.
Answer: I paid the finder personally using their cash app once my pet was found. I'm sure other payment methods are ok. That's the one we agreed on.
Answer: I don't know the answer if it is part of PETA or not.
