Never received any of my orders. They tell me it's my countries post problems, but when speaking to them, the packages never made it to my country. Poor costumer service, told me they can't reship or refund me. They don't try offer to help and just blame anyone but themselves. Never ever buy from them.

Subscribed and over 2 months have gone by and nothing sent and is not responding to support tickets and no other contact information provided. In my book that is a scam!

Bad customer service
November 29, 2018

I was trying to get my daughter a anime lootcrate for Christmas before their 50% off coupon expired. My order would not go through so i tried again to no avail. Do, I emailed them; which didn't help because they did nothing. I emailed them again and then finally text/chat with them. I spoke with George L who was very rude. Due to that experience I will not give them my business. I hope you don't do the same.

Tried a crate - was shipped 2 months late and with missing item.
2 months later I'm still trying to get the missing item, and they insist it was sent and delivered - but tracking number they gave me is bogus. Doesn't even show the item in my Province (ON) - but in BC. The other side of the country.
Tried to cancel, but have been billed for another crate.
Customer service is shockingly poor.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Mixed field of dreams
October 20, 2018

Ordered a few standard crates (about 1 year between April 2016 - June 2017) and those seemed to arrive ok. Items overall were decent apart from one box which appeared to just literally offer a HALO box.

Scrapped the main crate subscription in order to commence with the eagerly awaited Star Trek boxes, 6 boxes charged, only 2 delivered. Whilst I enjoyed the 2 delayed boxes, 2 boxes in just over 12 months with charges still being taken is not a professional.

1. Stop Offering the service if you have no hope of meeting the proposed deadline within 30 days (let alone months).
2. Stop offering add on/new subscriptions - it is clear you are falling as a business to respect any element of deadline towards your client base, so stop adding new boxes.
3. Stop charging for boxes that are simply not arriving.
4. Stop sending out standard emails stating there is a delay and it is being worked on. Own up to your responsibility and admit that this is the service we stupidly signed up for.

Business is a sound concept only in ripping you off your hard earned cash.
They are basically sitting on a large stash of payments and not actually sending anything out to justify it.

I would assume at some point they are going to close entirely and any funds taken, will needless to say not returning to their true owners,

Vast Fraud. Avoid at all costs.
Request refund from your payment provider for what you can and then cancel all subscriptions.

Disgusting company with no ethics other than to fraud hardcore fans.

Paying £9 a month I expect the t-shirt to at least fit me! Sometimes theyd fit perfectly but other times they were twice the size! I don't understand why they don't just get a contract with a decent tshirt manufacturer like guildan? I wonder how many customers theyve lost due to their going for the cheapest option? Greed. Shame as i liked the designs.

Terrible Service
October 12, 2018

Loot Crate has devolved into a trash service. My Medieval gaming crate arrived an entire month late, and on top of that, an item was missing from it. I reached out to them and found out that the item will take another whole month to ship. This is entirely unprofessional and I am done spending my money there. Avoid at all costs!

What customer service?
October 9, 2018

Seriously, been having the same issue with my subscription for 3 months and every time I get a reply from "support", it has nothing to do with my issue... at all. On top of that, I picked up a 6 month subscription in June, received my first crate in the middle of August, who does that to people!?!?

Overpriced and poor quality. Horrible customer service! The first boxes were good (regular loot crate) but product has gone downhill since then. Book, cheap towel, and 2 bad quality t shirts in last box. To top it off, just got charged again and am told I cannot cancel! Not good.

Not worth it
September 18, 2018

I paid 36$ for a fallout crate. A big fan of fallout i was so excited to get my crate, after a felay due them being backed up on production for one of the items. Well it sucked. The whole draw is you are supposed to give you a shirt or hoodie each crate. Well this had a hand towel in it? A piece to a figure that even once completed with all 5 pieces will stand about 4inchs tall and look like a Happy meal toy. A "power armor poster" which is not unique in any way and is maybe 8x 11inches max. A pin i could buy for 3.50 and a pip boy luggage tag... again 6$ max and the only otem i was happy with a codsworth figure. But again its not unique and could have been bought separate for 10$. I will be telling eveyone who will listen to not order loot crate. Trust me if you like one of thier crate options buy the merch direct from amazon or the specfic site ie bethesda.net dont let them cash in on your fear of missing out. Believe me your not missing anything!

I have ordered the wizarding world box a few times in the past, first was on time and the second was a few weeks late. With my last order, it was over a month late. I inquired about when it would be shipped and got a cookie cutter response "we're working hard to get you shipment out as possible but are a little behind"... blah blah blah. I was moving and since they were unable to give me any timeline as to when it would be shipped, I changed the shipping address to go to my moms house instead. No problems there, box was delivered to the different address. However, the shirt was backordered due to a manufacturing issue. Now since my box was delivered to a different address due to me moving, I assumed my t shirt would be too. Apparently I was wrong, so I contacted support with my new address and after a full week I get a response saying they would just send a replacement to the correct address. Fast forward one more whole month and I finally get an email saying it's been shipped! But of course, even though I gave them the correct address a month ago, it's still going to my old address. I've contacted support but who knows when I will get a reply this time.

Maybe if you could call instead of always having to email, problems like this would actually get resolved.

I will most likely never be ordering another loot crate again

Occasionally you will get a gem among otherwise boring/useless stuff. BUT. The exclusive content via the pins has been slashed recently, which is frustrating. And considering a lot of promos include nerdy versions of things that can be used (stationary, kitchen gear, etc), there is WAY more in boxes that is straight up figurines - a poor ratio at least. T-shirt designs are also boring as hell - considering the amazing t-shirt art out there, it's pretty poor.

Also, if live outside the US? LOL, you're screwed! Prepare for missing boxes, 6-8 weeks (OR MORE) waiting for boxes to arrive. Tracking is non existent. And the help desk doesn't give a stuff.

If you really want nerdy crates, I've had much better luck with stuff through cratejoy (though there is lots of variation there), and NerdyPost has a good service, and items that are *actually* unique for the appropriate themes.

I've had experiences like others here. It started fall of 2017 with a an attempt with the vault. I got 1 piece out of 4. Luckily I got a speedy refund. The same time I signed up for the Trek Mission Crate and got the whole year subscription. Poor planning with this crate. Delays and never have received the free gift (Enterprise A) The latest issue I ran into with them is I received the email for crate 2 (which should have been sent out in March, but multiple delays bump it to August. I received the email for shipping confirmation on 8/11/18 stating it has been shipped. The email shows an old address. Now I have moved in the past 2 months, and changed all my addresses back in May. When I received this I verified that I had changed this in May to my new address. So I opened a ticket and sent screen shots of the changes. The response was "we can no longer make changes on the shipping address, however we have updated this for the future. Please contact USPS to forward delivery". My response basically was, I was proactive and changed my shipping address 3 months ago, so I don't understand how I now need to take extra steps to resolve this. Thank you for not helping me. Even better, all of my deliveries from LC has been FedEX, so I am not quite sure how USPS forwarding with help. I am taking steps to get it forwarded but I am not confident I will see the crate, or any other ones, or the gift for early sign up. I have seen very little return on the investment. I have cancelled the crate and expect a fight once the cycle ends.
In the end, even proactively making changes mean nothing. The company has horrible practices.

I'll save you the time Incase you were thinking about getting loot crate. Don't do it! They ship late consistently and their customer service is a joke! If you try to reach someone about your crate being late (like 2 months behind) they just send an automatic response and expect you to take it as is. The crates also have became extremely cheap! So your better off just staying clear from this horrible company!

I started my subscription back in March of 2016, it was great for about a year or so when they would still give you six items. They raised the price and then started to only give you four items. I didnt mind, as long as I got my crate. But then the quality of things started to go down, I found myself saying ohhh cool, less and less to a point where the subscription was only about what cool shirt was in it. It was this month where I said. I had enough, last month I didnt not get my tracking until I send an email to the customer service saying I did not get a tracking and the. That night they replied saying its going out and I got the tracking number. As if they forgot about it and then decided to do it when I messaged. I was ok because I got my crate. The this month I was supposed to get the tracking again, around the 18th of the month usually. It did not get one so I figured they might be lasted again. I waited until the same date I revived my last box to say anything, maybe they were late. I got a response saying that maybe it was in the junk, or trash and I should check there, and oh the June box came in already, but they are working on packing the July box now. I was upset because I was not talking about the June box. Im talking about the one they have yet to give me. Its July 30th now and no tracking in site, meaning my Juky box will not get here until August. I went on their site and canceled my subscription. Im dont playing the wait game. At least send me an email with updates on the issue!

I started with their basic Loot Crate box, Never had too many shipping delays but the items were mostly cheap filler items that had little to no interest for me so I switched the Fallout Crate once that began being advertised. It was suppose to be an every other month box that shipped its first box in December 2017. I prepaid for the entire year. We are going on the 4th box that should have arrive in June 2018 and with 2 days left of July there has been no update and no box. Not a single box from this series has ever shipped on time. They never email the customers. The only way to contact them and get a status update is to submit a support ticket to which they reply they sent an email and check your spam box. Well, I check my spam box everyday. This company is not sending its customers updates and hiding behind the spam excuse. A shipping delay here or there is one thing but to take a customers money for a whole years worth of products, not ship anything within the designated time, or the delayed designated time and fail to communicate with the customers just shows really bad business practice and suspicious fraudulent activity.
