This is the 3rd month in a row my box is late and I'm having to send emails to customer service to chase down my crate. Just officially told them told I'm not renewing when my year is up. And they have the nerve to increase their prices effective 5/1/19 despite continued lousy service. Save your money!

I'm a first timer but I will never again order anything! My box arrived a +1month late, I didn't get the discount they showed I hade and the products are s**t. The "mystery t-shirt" is one from the las year and the rest are just ugly or broken. I WISH I could give them 0 stars everywhere!

PAID FOR NOTHING!
April 30, 2019

I was charged twice and yet still never recieved a box?!? I logged into account online and noticed it shows I have nothing subscribed! What the hell?
I never got a response which meant no refund, I had to contact my card company to block them from taking future payment. Pathetic company!

I made my order on Boxing Day of 2018. It has now been 5 months and I still have not received anything. I have reached out to loot crate and all they have to say is there is delays. But come on over 5 months of delays is awful. I will never order from them again.

I had three months and I talked a lot about it here: https://jazzberry400.blogspot.com/2019/04/lootcrate.html

But to sum it up the worst part was the lack of consistency with shipping. The best part was the Cosmic Box items. (But mostly the Pins)

I would warn you not to waste your money. The boxes are over priced and not worth it. And to make matters worse the customer service is terrible! I canceled my subscription and it renewed after it was canceled. They refuse to refund my money. It is difficult to get in touch with customer service and when you get a response they just try to offer you a discount or a free box. I just want my money back! And no more loot crates!

Ok well they've finally done it, im cancelling all subscriptions to lootcrate and they can kiss my $#*! goodbye. A $200 order from the store, it arrives weeks later, items missing. Ok, maybe they sent it in a second box, sometimes they do that. Days go by... nope. I contact them (and wait the usual 20+ hours for a reply) and they tell me oh. Sorry they are not in stock. Well, thats great, I don't care about now - when I ordered them they were in stock weeks ago. "Oh we'll give you a store credit" No, you will get some more stock and send it to me, or you will give me a refund so I can purchase it off another supplier. That's when they stop replying to emails.

I don't want a store credit, I want my god damn money back because I won't be buying anything there ever again and sorry kids, we are cancelling all the lootcrate subscriptions and finding another crate company.

Do not deal with these people, they will advertise items in stock to get your money, only to hold it as a "store credit" because they know fair well it is not in stock. Absolute sham.

Had their Fallout crate for 2018 which was awesome. Package do get late but nevertheless still reach me directly so I decided to renew another year as it sort of like getting myself a surprise present once in a while.
But 2019 they suddenly change their shipping method, as the box come in as a odd size my local post office won't drop it off at my place instead they just put a note in my mail box asking my to go down over to my local post office to get it. Now the kicker is the box is directed over to my work place (my work place only open the mail box every 1-2 weeks) thus when they drop the note in and by the time I receive it, the mail was already bounce back to the sender. I email them about the box being send back to them and reply within 2 working days which was good and said they will send me a replacement box in about 2 to 4 weeks and will update me when they send the box to me. So I waited and got no updates until I email them again and they send me a track link which never got updated and I email them again. This time they told me there problem with the postal service and give them another 2 to 4 weeks to solve the problem. So I waited again, still no update. I email them asking for refund and instead they inform me that they have just sent out the 2nd box also and only refund me for the other 4 box. Usually I won't mind but the problem is that this crate come in 6 and each box have a part of a model meaning I will only get 2 part of a model that I can never complete.

One of the worst experiences with a customer support service. This company kept $7 of a refund, and refuse to show me a terms of service that says a subtotal discount is itemized. Meaning they choose how much the discount is off each item from a $15 off gift card, when it states of a order's total. Once an item is cancelled, the total would have drop, after removing that item. Takes a day to days to get any reply from them, and then they won't answer your questions. Do not purchase from!

Customer service is so slow and riddled with half answers and empty assurances. I received a free 1 year subscription from a contest on Twitter. I was very excited as a first time Loot Crater. My first box arrived at the third week of February. It was the January box, which I thought was strange. After the February delivery period (normally the 20th - 28th of each month) was past, I emailed to see if I'd be getting my February box soon or if it'd be off schedule like the first box. Also, I wanted to get access to the account that was created for me by the contest holders. Customer service took over two days to get a response to me and over a week to have only some of my questions answered. Mostly, I just got a "don't worry, you'll receive your boxes." I couldn't get access to the account with my name and address attached to it which feels like a personal privacy issue. I emailed again the next week to find out when I would receive my boxes. Again, responses were few and far between and not very helpful. I still have no idea if/when these boxes will arrive. My ticket is currently "on-hold" as they look into it again. I've spent so much time trying to get answers, I'm not sure the free subscription I won was even worth it.

Thieves
March 20, 2019

If I could give less than one star, I would. These people are thieves. They charged my card right away and now 5 months have passed and I've received nothing! I've been back and forth with some poor guy, Joshua, who obviously has no authority to do anything or even look into anything. He's given me no answers for the questions I have asked, he just gives a generic excuse and offers me 25% off of my next crate. He also said the he has cancelled my subscription renewal, which suggests that they would auto renew. All I've asked for is a refund, but they ignore me every time. This business should be investigated for fraud.

This is my second month with loot crate. At this point I am not impressed with their shipping. My very first shipment that was a Christmas gift from my wife was 2 weeks late.

I have a strong feeling this might be my last box. Get your act together Loot crate or lose customers.

Terrible customer service. Received a Fallout crate for Christmas as a gift from my friend and wanted to continue getting them to complete a 6 piece figure. I asked, since I didn't order the first crate, would I get a duplicate piece? Seems simple enough to understand... they emailed me back requesting my info to see my subscription selection... I don't have one since my friend ordered this for me. Had to explain that to them 4 TiMeS! Asked to speak with a supervisor... supervisor never contacted me, the incompetent rep I had been dealing with instead emailed me back referring me to the previous emails they sent Missed several promotional deals while waiting for responses, they never offered to make it right. This has been going on since Dec 31st, 2018. Last email I received was Jan 20th stating a manger has my request... but no one has contacted me since. I'm pretty disappointed that this is how they handle their business. There is no phone number to speak directly with someone only chat or email. Cowards.

Chronically late
February 2, 2019

I subscribed 4 years ago to their normal loot crate, it was fine at first, but as they started making more and more variety of crates the item quality and shipping got worse and worse, things would be weeks late, more often than not items would be missing and have to be sent separately sometimes more than a month later. They then came out with the Harry Potter crate, and as a Harry potter lover I thought "I'll give it a shot" so I ordered it (I am still subscribed to this crate) and I've had slightly less problems but still super late shipping, things arrive sometimes a week or two late, items aren't always in the crate but the item quality is better (it's a more expensive crate) and I have ordered the Lord of the Rings Crate (I have not received it yet so I don't have an opinion of that crate) Overall, I've never had a problem with the customer service (except for one rude lady who was not pleased when I cancelled my normal loot crate a couple months ago) but the crates are almost always late, the quality is hit and miss depending on the crate, the price has gone up since I first started yet the quality remains the same, and the whole experience can be aggravating. I would look into other companies and only use lootcrate if absolutely have to get one of their crates...

I ordered the GoW lootcrate from them when it came out and I didn't open it for a couple months and when I did the hoddie had a busted stitch and I had a duplate of one not the dye. I requested replacements and was told that it was processing. A month later they tell me it's still processing and will take another month or two. Never received any confirmation or tracking. I gave up and a few months later I demanded an explanation and they finally told me that my order was labeled as OUT OF STOCK and I was out replacements. They waited 6 MONTHS to tell me that my replacements couldn't be processed and They LIED and said it was being prices sedan and handled. UNACCEPTABLE! Since they want to be liars and deceivers I'm name dropping everyone involved:

I will NEVER do business with them again! The worst business I've ever had with online purchases!

Dont order from them
January 23, 2019

I had ordered many items from loot vault in october. It is now four months later and these items have not shipped. I have contacted them numerous times, but still nothing.
All the items I ordered are still being offered on the website yet they wont ship me them. I finally got a refund (or I should say that i am promised a refund). We shall see. I really recommend you stay away from this company.

Loot crate is a ripoff
January 21, 2019

I ordered what was advertised as a dnd crate in November in cyber Monday, I never received a tracking number even though I sent messages. I only received my tracking number the day I received the crate and it was late.
In fact my crate was missing an item and was promised if I bought the next months box I would receive it. The only dnd thing I got looked like game of thrones, and the figure that came with the box doesn't even fit in the stand it came with and looks warped.
I contacted support and asked them if there was some kind of mistake with my box and they told me if I don't like it I can't get a refund.

Incompetent thieves
January 20, 2019

When your package doesn't ship on time and you ask for an update.

When a week goes by and you still receive neither a package nor a shipping notice nor an update and ask again.

When another week passes without news or product and you ask again and still get $#*! all.

When another week expires sans what you paid for and you cut your losses and eliminate this scam from your life.

$#*! these incompetent thieves. If I hadn't nagged them every week for nearly a month, they would've taken my money and given me nothing without a word. I try to be understanding about delays. They happen. However, when a package is absurdly late without a single word of explanation or apology, I interpret complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I liked my first loot crate ( September), I skipped October because I'm not a horror fan, For my November crate I was very excited for but... It arrived Dec. 18th which is about 22 days late. The website said crates ship Nov 22... it didn't ship until Dec 14th and was postponed 2 - 3 times). I get my crate and the box is damaged on the outside... There's a note in the box saying that one of the items is arriving even later this month... ( when? Its frickin' Christmas! And its a November crate...), They put a gift card for a monthly food subscription place ( I read the details and you would get stuck in a different subscription plan... It's not even related to a loot crate at all!), and luckily a decent iron man figure and batman umbrella. I would be a lot more mad if i didn't get those 2 items ( but probably $30 dollar value and I paid $50).
