I ordered Loot Wear - Socks in March 2019, paying a year in advance to get a 50% discount. I have not received any socks whatsoever since then. Customer service is useless.

Very unhappy, would not recommend or use again.

Terrible service

I purchased the WWE crate for my son. The first year they were fantastic all crates were shipped out on time. I reordered for another 6 months starting in March of this year. We received the first crate but that's it so far. No we are missing the crate we should have received in May and the one for July. I've tried to contact them 3 times and always get the same generic answer about delays in shipping. They don't answer my specific questions. What a disappointment this company is. They should just close up shop and refund all customers the balances owed.

Lootcrate used to be great, but the way they operate nowadays is awful. I'm missing 6 shipments and no refund or reasonable action has been made to rectify the situation. Their customer service is a joke and they don't even have a phone number you can call to speak with anyone.

Ordered the Lord of the rings 3 box set. It was supposed to ship in March, then in May, now we were supposed to have shipping by June 16th, its June 17th... No shipping. I've also order Loot Vault items and still have not recieved shipping!

Ordered the Deadpool crate 6 months ago (December), received it two days ago (June 5th)which sucks a massive one for a QUARTERLY crate. The contents were absolutely abysmal. £20 for that? A pin, socks that were too small and felt cheap, a can holder?, and a pair of sunglasses that belong on a kids magazine, and an apron that couldn't protect against a light gust of wind? Not to mention things in the box were just recycled from the previous theme, which was evident from the dust on majority of the contents.

Should be embarrassed to willingly send that out. If you were considering getting it, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, just go buy a couple of Pop! Figures or just anything better than that box of trash. Or just burn the relative currency, same difference.

Unfortunately this business is a scam. They take your money, don't provide the product and then refuse to refund. This is a fraud and their business practices are deceptive. Customer service is non-existent.
Dispute filed with my credit card and contacted the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

My wife ordered me a 6 month sub for Christmas. The first crate was supposed to be there by Dec 22, lootcrate "changed the shipping schedule" with no notice. It came January 10, my February crate/March 15, March /April 19, April/May 29, and now my "May" crate isn't even scheduled to ship until June 25th. They've on several occasions just not included things, and to be honest the latest create was a joke one of the "bonus" items was 8.5x11 AD for the Aquaman blu-ray. April's shirt was also a random shirt from their clearance bin on lootvault. I was fortunate enough to get something I didn't already have but wtf

I really wanted to like them. I have not received three crates (over $110 CAD), one of which they admitted to not sending but I was told I would not be refunded for any of them. One time they offered me 10% off to loot vault, so I would have to spend more money, and then in the end the code didn't even work. Customer Service basically told me that it was not their fault (again, later admitting they didn't even send me one of those crates). Recently, wouldn't let me skip a month even though I was trying to do so well before the cut off date and all their staff told me was that too many people already skipped that month and they needed to get rid of the items. Current crate is over a month behind and also just disappeared from my order history, so I can assume I'm not getting that one either. June and July are set back even further. I can't wait to get my crates and get the hell out of there.

Do not sub to Loot crate. They are not genuine in their apologies nor their promises to fix the issues that they cause you. My crate has been delayed from March to May and now checking again is now delayed until June 5-10th. No communication whatsoever on this new delay.

The first and only delay email had included an apology coupon to their other site Loot Vault. When checking out the coupon on Honey or another couponing sites, Loot crate's sad excuse of an apology coupon was already the exact same deal as their other current coupons. They are redirecting people to go buy more products from them without giving customers what they have already paid for. Do not sub even with their tempting 50% off crate deals, they are only trying to lure you in to steal your money.

In October 2018, I purchased a 3 crate gift subscription. The website promised crates would ship every 2 months beginning in December 2018. The welcome e-mail also promised the first crate would be delivered 12/15-12/25/18, then stated tracking info would be provided when each crate shipped.

In mid-December contacted LootCrate through their website since I never received any tracking. 1-2 days later I received an automated response stating I'd receive a response in 24 hrs. A few days later I received another automated response stating there would be further delays before getting an actual response. When a real person finally replied, there were a ton of excuses about being busier than usual & NO ship date was provided.

On 12/22//18 I finally received the tracking info & the first crate was to be delivered on 12/28/18. The crate didn't arrive until January 2019. This was a X-mas gift for a child, so I was infuriated about the late delivery & complete lack of customer service.

Crate 2 was no different. Tracking info was received 2/27/19 with delivery promised on 3/06/19, yet the crate didn't arrive until 3/09/19.

Both crates were not only late, but the contents were a major disappointment & certainly not worth the cost of each crate.

The 3rd & final crate was to ship in mid-April, but didn't (big surprise). In early May I once again contacted customer service through their website & received the same automated message from December. The following day I received an actual reply with the same excuses & no ship date. I demanded a refund in full for the unshipped final crate & a few days later I was offered a $10 credit. Again I demanded a refund only to be ignored. On 5/27/19 I received tracking info, 1-1/2 months after the crate should have shipped.

Needless to say, I will be reporting LootCrate to the BBB, Consumer Affairs & the Attorney General regarding breech of contract & poor business practices.

I had a 6 month subscription for the wizarding world crate (bimonthly box) which I paid for in advance. I received the first two boxes but the third is nowhere to be seen. Its 4 months late by now, Lootcrate refuses to refund me and my bank can not post the money back because the deadline has passed.

Kept moving the date back. They said I couldn't get a refund and there was no way to stop my shipment. They sure stopped it right quick after I had my credit card company take the money back, though.

Create is late for 2 weeks now. They keep.on changing the date crate should be here 3 times now. Customer support takes ages to reply. I order 1 crate just to see what is it about. Will not order again and I would not reccomendt it to anyone

They charged me in 2 invoices for my yearly subscriptions. With nothing on them specify the charges, in which I was overcharged. Try to contact them takes days and they don't even answer the questions asked. (Still trying to get an answer)
Costumer Service is terrible. It's obviously they care nothing about their costumers according to all the reviews. Save your $ there are so much other subscription boxes out there that care about the consumer.

Crate never made it to me, asked support for help and got absolutely nothing but messages apologizing and saying the crate is on its way, been put through 5-6 different people with each not knowing what was going on which lead to me having to explain the problem each time, no credit or refund was given, absoulute worse experience ever... this is how they treat a 2 year long subscriber, every crate made it but one and when asked for help, got completely nothing, never again
