Accomplished what I needed in just a few minutes with no delays BUT I received a call back from an agent after my purchased was finalized telling me I had to pay an additional $150.00 to get on that flight. I wasn't happy about that but my hands were tied due to the fact I'm flying to attend a loved one's funeral.

For in unforeseen circumstances we lost our flight with another airline. We were able to book a fight the next day for that same day with absolutely no hassle and with an immediate response. We were very pleased. Thank you!

Was glad at first and satisfied but confused when a second person called to explain the booking … dates and time again and gave me a different price saying that the price had gone up and I had to pay a difference. I refused and said that a lady had already confirmed with me and the price was the same I had paid originaly. He said that was not true. That nobody had called me. He thouhgt I was liying and said ok mam your ticket will stay the same when you booked originaly. At that moment I lost trust in your booking site.
